Okay, let's be serious for a minute now. We can't let a second-rate X Factor contestant block a return by one of the most iconic artists to ever grace the contest and the second most iconic Moldovan artist after O-Zone. Not like Moldova will even consider choosing her anyway but...

(I didn't notice Ryan mentioning them in the first post, but throwing my weight behind Sunstroke Project now)

Apparently Kitty is in the weaker semi, but of course #3 isn't a great slot!

Well 8 songs from each semi go through so I'd be surprised if she didn't at least make the final.

Kitty promoting on Moldovan TV:

Also the official audio for 'Remix' on Kitty's YouTube channel:

'Remix' has grown on me immensely and even without hearing the other entries, I hope Kitty gets the nod!
She might qualify but really there's hardly any chance she's going to win the entire thing.

This Kitty track is alright sounding... and then that piss poor excuse of a chorus kicks in.

My main thing about Kitty's song (other than das racist) is that in the studio version at least she appears to have a Balkan accent? Unless the demo has been shared by mistake

I actually like Kitty's song, in a 2002 Atomic Kitten album-filler type of way.
TRM have opened online voting for semi-final 1. It's not clear if this is going to contribute to the official voting, but details are here: http://esctoday.com/94706/moldova-voting-o...rst-semi-final/

Kitty is winning! :D

I will pretend that the comments on the voting page all being in support of Kitty and her big poll lead actually mean something.

"Remix" is rather basic but I'm loving it all the same, it's catchy and easy to jam to. The Sunstroke Project entry is a big comedown from "Run Away".

Kitty has unleashed her revamped version of 'Remix' ahead of her semi-final on Tuesday! She also has put a couple of online voting links in the description - I don't know if they mean anything (I think the one on the official TVM website may do) but she is winning both it seems!

I thought she was hoping to represent Switzerland?

EDIT: Just seen she was rejected!

This semi-final begins in half an hour, I'd expect Kitty's performance between 6pm and 6.30pm our time if you fancy some early evening entertainment!

A fun performance with costume changes but poor vocals unfortunately, she completely missed the big note before the final chorus and will probably single-handedly lose her lots of jury points!

Sunstroke Project have just performed and it has blown everything else out of the water, fantastic! Loving the saxophone and the return of Epic Sax Guy of course. :D

Poor Kitty only came 10th in the jury vote and 11th in the televote (with 88 votes) so came joint bottom! :(

Sunstroke Project qualified in third, hope they do better in the final - fantastic song!
