The last 30 secs or so are perfection. Overall it is quite boring but it is their best entry ever. It will definitely qualify but it could go either way for them in the final. It won't win though.

This is now probably my favourite Albanian entry ever (and there is a lot of competition!), but I'm really struggling to see a scenario where this qualifies from its semi. I really hope that the fact Elhaida's vocals are bound to be incredible will encourage the juries to give her such high votes to counteract what I predict to be a mediocre televote. I'm seeing so many comments about how this has grown on them after 3, 4 listens - I worry it won't be instant enough on the night for most people.

 

The fact Italy are voting in the other semi is a big shame, hopefully she gets a draw where she's in the last 3 or 4 to perform and maybe manage to sneak through like Tinkara did with a strong performance and fabulous draw.
