November 25, 200717 yr After much uncertainty, Kelly Rowland has embarked on her North American tour in support of her 'Ms. Kelly' album. That Grape Juice reader Brice attended the Philadelphia show at the House of Blues; check out their review of the show: Kelly Killed it............It was a little short but Kelly worked it out. She did a mix of songs from Work, Stole, Cant Nobody, Comeback, This Is Love, Like This, Bad Habit, and DC3 stuff like Say My Name, Survivor, Bug A Boo, Soldier and Bootylicious. The show was wonderful (and) during the song This Is Love Kelly broke down a little and told us that she was thankful for having a loving crowd like us and that for a while recently she didn’t know if she wanted to sing anymore and that her love for the music was burning again. It's good to know that Kelly is pressing on and isn't letting the negativity force her out of the limelight. Saying that, it's times like this that me wonder how genuine talent like Kelly can be so overlooked in favour of some of the mediocre artists that populate the music scene at the moment. Hopefully things look up for Kelly soon....
January 3, 200817 yr Beyoncé wins copyright infringement case Thursday, January 3 2008, 11:18 GMT By Kimberley Dadds Digital Spy Beyoncé Knowles has won a copyright infringement case over her hit song 'Baby Boy'. Songwriter Jennifer Armour claimed that the singer stole the song after she had submitted a track to Beyoncé's father and manager Matthew Knowles. However, the case was dismissed by the Fifth Court of Appeals, which decided that there was no reasonable evidence to suggest that the song had been stolen, and that it was completed before Armour submitted her song. In a statement Beyoncé said: "It's unfortunate that we had to endure this long legal process but I am hopeful this decision will allow all of us that were involved to finally move on."
January 3, 200817 yr Rowland blames phone calls for collapse Thursday, January 3 2008, 11:48 GMT By Kimberley Dadds Digital Spy Kelly Rowland has blamed her onstage collapse in Africa last summer on jet-lag and the number of late night phone calls that she was making to America. The Destiny's Child star was performing at the ThisDay Music Festival in Lagos, Nigeria in July when she started to feel unwell and was rushed to hospital. A representative for the star claimed at the time that the collapse was down to dehydration, but Rowland has cited late nights as the real reason. She said: "I was exhausted. Not only that, but the time difference threw me off and I was jet-lagged. And I stayed up all night on the phone."

Possibly the start of the best years of my solo life!!!!! How 'bout life period!!! I'm so excited!!!! As you guys know a portion of Stop This Car was "leaked" on the internet and to my SURPRISE the responses have been soooooooooooo positive!!! I'm gonna be honest I didnt leak nor can I tell you who did even if my life depended on it!! Thank y'all so much for embracing it!! It's truly a different song for me!!! I almost didnt record it........I'll get in to why a little later!!! So that being said....it looks like it will be my first single (I THINK!!!!) The funny thing is, as I read peoples comments I am just so moved to tears by the words of encouragement and the the excitement and readiness of the fans and even new fans that I pray to gain!!!
