yeah i love the solo stuff, but you cant beat having the three of them together.

i would hate to think that there wont be any new music from destinys child

The sooner the better

I think it would be fastastic if they did another album

However

None of them really need eachother now, they all have their own things going on. I don't think there is much point to it right now..

Beyoncé, Halle Berry Bodies Voted 'Most Desirable'

Deemed to be most desirable, Beyoncé and Berry made the list of the world's top ten most desirable bodies in entertainment 2009 last week. Selected by over 2,000 women who reportedly desire to be more like Beyoncé and Kate Winslet than thinner frame beauties Kate Moss and Victoria Beckham, sources say the poll shows a positive shift in the right direction.

"It perhaps suggests that it is not being "skinny" that is more important to them anymore, it is being healthy," says Dr. Jacquie Lavin.

But we're not out of the woods just yet, Lavin goes on to say "...there still remains a great deal of pressure on women to conform to an unrealistic ideal and our survey showed that a massive 85 per cent of women are at least occasionally unhappy with their weight."

According to the Daily Mail, Kate Winslet topped the list of most desirable celebrity bodies, followed by Kelly Brook, Halle Berry, Cheryl Cole, Beyoncé, Megan Fox, Lily Allen, Keely Hazell, Kate Moss, Katie Price and Victoria Beckham respectively.

Following a majorly successful stint in London’s West End adaptation of ‘Chicago’, Michelle Williams will be reprising the lead role of Roxie Hart in the Broadway adaptation, it has been announced.

The Destiny’s Child alum steps into Roxie’s famed stilleto’s, which were recently vacated by Ashley Simpson-Wentz, and will star in the production from February 8th to March 28th. Williams’ tenure in ‘Chicago’ comes after previous roles in ‘Aida’ and ‘The Colour Purple’.

Solange Records Song With Of Montreal

Solange has reportedly recorded a song with Of Montreal.

The 'Sandcastle Disco' singer, who is the younger sister of Beyoncé, contributed a track to the US rock group's upcoming new album.

According to reports, the five piece also expressed their desire to work with Beyoncé after she was introduced to them by Solange.

Meanwhile, the band's singer Kevin Barnes revealed that the album will either be called False Priest or The Controller Sphere and is scheduled for release in summer.

He added that the record would trail a funkier sound, telling Gigwise:

We're going to try to do something closer to the kind of bands that Curtis Mayfield or Stevie Wonder had in the '70s.

R&B star Janelle Monae also features on the album.

Last November, Solange confirmed that she had parted ways with record label Interscope to pursue a "more independent platform" to release her music.

Beyoncé sets new Grammy record

Monday, February 1 2010, 08:35 GMT

By Daniel Kilkelly, Entertainment Reporter

Beyoncé was the big winner at the Grammy Awards last night, picking up six prizes at the ceremony.

The star's success at the event, which was held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, saw her set a new record for the most awards won in a single year by a solo female.

Beyoncé's awards included 'Song Of The Year', 'Best R&B Song' and 'Best Female R&B Vocal Performance', all for 'Single Ladies'. She also won 'Best Contemporary R&B Album' for I Am… Sasha Fierce, 'Best Female Pop Vocal Performance' for 'Halo' and 'Best Traditional R&B Vocal Performance' for 'At Last', which she performed at President Obama's inauguration.

Country star Taylor Swift also had a successful night, beating off competition from Beyoncé, Lady GaGa, Black Eyed Peas and Dave Matthews Band to win the prestigious 'Album Of The Year' prize with Fearless. Additionally, the disc was named 'Best Country Album' and Swift also picked up the 'Best Country Song' and 'Best Female Country Vocal Performance' for her song 'White Horse'.

Meanwhile, Kings of Leon were victorious in the 'Record Of The Year' category, with 'Use Somebody' beating Beyoncé's 'Halo', Black Eyed Peas' 'I Gotta Feeling', Taylor Swift's 'You Belong With Me' and Lady GaGa's 'Poker Face'.

GaGa herself missed out on victories in the main categories, but took home two awards on the night - 'Best Dance Recording' for 'Poker Face' and 'Best Electronic/Dance Album' for The Fame.

When the album was released I thought it was gonna flop big time, but she has done so well

Same! She came back with a mediocre #1 (though I loved it for about a week) and an album that scraped Top 10... I really thought this would be a flop era. I'm SO glad she turned it around

Great! Love or hate her but I do think she deserves them after her hard work!

Destiny’s Child alumni Michelle Williams celebrated the opening night of her stint as Roxy Hart in the Broadway adaptation of ‘Chicago’ last night at the INC Lounge. The ‘We Break The Dawn’ singer was joined by the production’s cast and crew, as well as other celebrities including Jay-Z and Star Jones.

Ms. Williams sure is doing her thing on Broadway; first ‘Aida’, then ‘The Colour Purple’ and now ‘Chicago’. I really feel some folk don’t understand just how skilled performers in musicals have to be, nor how intense their schedules are (usually 8 performances a week!).
