HI AH, I actually recall all of the new entries, and a surprise chart topper! When I say I recall them though, err in the case of Clock it's a vague recollection that I preferred the original! The most memorable of the new entries? Bucketheads, and a bit of Elton John are the only ones I could hum, apart from Axel F of course whioch is far and away the most familiar tune. This is going to be a voyage of rediscovery for me B-)

Yay at The Beatles in at 40, even if it's their least-good official (very belated) single :cheer: Bobby Brown and Snap in the 10, good choices! Brownstone was great too, and Strike. Your charts are full of action, pretty much like mine were till I got to about 17/18 and I expanded them. B-)

They were indeed :lol: Fear not, that should be the last dreadful cheap home recording to hit #1 here.

 

Surprisingly, I didn't expand mine until 2006 when it went to a Top 50.

Other than that some bleedin classics enter the last 2 charts there: 2 of them will be popchartfreak number ones, and the other one deserved to be - that one was Grace Not Over Yet, which I love more now than I did at the time, and it was fab at the time. One of the key dance tracks of the 90's for me. I pretty much like all of the new entries that I recall (which is all of them, bar Hole, who I generally wasn't predisposed towards...)
