In all fairness though, Cheryl can't get promo if her management won't book any for her! So the blame could possibly be with them. It's really hard to say from an outsiders' point of view.

This does make it more interesting. I wonder if she can't or won't promote. Surely she's be able to promote if she wanted to then they'd make more money right? Or is it not as simple as that.

She's with Modest who are notorious for working their acts to the ground. Poor Rebecca Ferguson never saw her kids when she was with them and Olly seems to be everywhere. It seems strange for Cheryl to be the only one of their acts that they wouldn't try to book anything for her. I can't imagine any show or event that would turn down an appearance from her. Cheryl wasn't with Modest for A Million Lights album and she didn't promote much then either.

His account wasn't private at first so he has a lot of Cheryl fans following him (and probably a few press people too). I know that cause I do follow him :kink:

 

And I agree that I don't think Cheryl is a the kind of act who would suffer from management's lack of support. She is in a position where she could easily get what she wants from her team, she's not the kind of "client" her team would want to lose IMO. She might not be selling lots of albums as of late but she is still making a shit lots of money.
