I don't think it's a surprise that she's not performing on Saturday Night Takeaway. They usually get adult contemporary/"Radio 2" artists to perform, plus Cheryl appeared on this segment in the revival series as well I think.

Yup, no surprise. I won't be surprised if she doesn't bother performing it once. I say we'll be very lucky with one performance. I need to start supporting artists who actually give a rats ass about performing for their fans.

Just comparing. 1st and 2nd week.

The release is still sooo far away, over a month away. I wonder why they've scheduled it so late, surely they're expecting it to be a decent hit or they wouldn't bother to wait such a long time. I wonder if Radio 1 will get behind this at some point. Hope so. Is it getting played on Capital at all?

They are not playing it much yet. I feel they need to get behind is pretty quickly.

Radios were never going to play it straight away though when the single announcement came over 8 weeks before its official rellease. That's why it's weird announcing it so early if not much happens.

That's actually quite a standard gap for a held-back single release! 6-8 weeks is the norm. I Don't Care was closer to 6 weeks I think (I've not checked this so don't quote me if I'm wrong :heehee:)
