I know a lot of people will have different opinions on their favourite Saturdays album but mines without a shadow of a doubt is 'On Your Radar' followed by 'Living For The Weekend'.

On Your Radar. I adore Chasing Lights too, but OYR has White Lies, All Fired Up, Last Call, Faster, Get Ready Get Set and Do What You Want With Me
LFTW all the way tbh

Headlines, by some margin.

09.5 Headlines

08.5 Wordshaker

08.5 Chasing Lights

06.0 On Your Radar

04.0 Living For The Weekend

Nelly's Mini-rate 2K15 *_*

10.0 On Your Radar

08.0 Chasing Lights

07.5 Wordshaker

06.0 Headlines

05.0 Living For The Weekend

Headlines, by far. It has the gems of Missing You, Ego, Higher and Forever is Over combined with the few decent tracks from Wordshaker i.e. Lose Control, One Shot and then with the new tracks Died In Your Eyes, Karma, etc etc. Perfect pop album and shamefully the first of theirs I actually bothered buying

1. On Your Radar (9/10)

2. Chasing Lights (8.5/10)

3. Headlines! (8/10)

4. Wordshaker (7/10)

5. Living For The Weekend (6/10)

The sheer DIFFERENCE in quality between the singles and the album tracks for 'Living For The Weekend' is shocking.

I was thinking this! I blame The Jam for being awful producers :puke2:

It explains why they were so desperate for late songwriters before 'Disco Love' was announced which is why I believed that the album was thankfully not released after 'Gentleman'.

1. Chasing Lights - 10/10 = Their most cohesive album; they really carved out a sound-niche with this album which unfortunately was not replicated much hereafter.

2. On Your Radar - 9.5/10 = Tries to replicate the quality of the first album with a slightly evolved sound which works for the most part. Tracks on the whole are sprinkled with the "winter" sound seen with Chasing Lights (see My Heart Takes Over and Do What You Want With Me). Sadly it's not as cohesive as their debut so falls just short of a perfect score.

3. Wordshaker - 8.5/10 = A more electropop venture; I really enjoy the album as a whole. Vocal production is better overall compared to those listed below and there are some great standout tracks, (Ego, One Shot, Wordshaker, Open Up). They managed to develop their sound, retaining it's uniqueness - somewhat. The slight dip in quality which preceded a horrid campaign have stained what I'd otherwise consider a very good pop record.

4. Headlines! - 8/10 = Of the 5 songs recorded for this album, I'd say all of them are good in their own right, some clearly superior to others - Higher, Puppet, Missing You > > Karma, Died In Your Eyes. I'd never place it higher due to the fact it's EP classification worthy. Once again continued the cohesive sounds their first three albums managed to maintain.

5. Living for the Weekend - 7.5/10 = An album that showcases quality at both extremes; the equally incredible = Not Giving Up, Disco Love, What About Us, Don't Let Me Dance Alone - and the dog-shit salad = Problem With Love, Anywhere With You. Make what you will of this album but it is clearly their cheapest, from artwork(both inner and outer) to vocal production and the widest range of genre influence on any of their albums. A nice record to listen to but I wouldn't necessary choose to listen to the entire album, something which I can't say for my top 3.

On Your Radar 9/10

Chasing Lights 8/10

Headlines 7/10 (combining the best bits of Wordshaker and Headlines in the later edition)

Wordshaker 5/10

Living For The Weekend 2/10

1. On Your Radar - one of the best pop albums I've ever heard

2. Headlines!

3. Wordshaker

4. Living For the Weekend

5. Chasing Lights - just dated to me, but there are several gems to be found.

On Your Radar

I thought I'd be in the minority voting for this and everyone would vote Chasing Lights. Glad to see I was wrong

On Your Radar, followed by Chasing Lights followed by Headlines.

Living For The Weekend is dire.

I do love a bit of On Your Radar, but I don't think you can beat a bit of classic Sats, now my LFTW fetish has finished, Chasing Lights comes screaming in, however I feel is Headlines was a full album, it could have taken the gold. Or imagine if Wordshaker was released with the Headlines songs already on... that would have been amazeballs.

Hands down:

Was this photo taken during Rochelle and Marvin's "incident"?
