So it's official. In my opinion, EE most iconic's actual :jameela: first ever most iconic moment is Kat revealing she's Zoe's mother! It's clear there was a secret brewing of Kat as soon as the Slaters joined the Square. The whole reveal and delivery of the line is one EE's most well known and greatest ever moments. It became widely recognised in popular media and I'm sure most people in the country will know about this moment. The reveal really does define what is an iconic EE duff moment.

A fantastic countdown. Moments i watched and loved at the time and so many moments i didn't watch but am aware of because of (as you say) how culturally important they are for British TV/culture.

Aah, so many goosebumps/tears watching the videos on this countdown and reading your commentaries. An excellent list, April. I'd love to compile my own list of highlights but there's so much history that I haven't even seen, a few that I would include would be

Thanks Theo. All of those are great moments too. I thought I'd limit it to 30 though, since 30 years of EE :D The Denise storyline was amazing though.

My most iconic EE moment is probably Danielle, that was such a shocking scene and was so heartbreaking

"YOU AIN'T MY MUVVA" would definitely be high for me too! I loved this thread also, so many huge moments that are tied to so many emotions. It reminds me exactly why I love EE - as if the live week didn't prove that already <3
