she's been working on it for about 3 years apparently and she has an announcement on 'good morning america', time of year etc, choice of programme would suggest a new record. we shall see though.

omgg dying. this has to happen. I really want to see her on tour.

I NEED a new album from her. The live CD/DVD from Vegas is nice and all, but it's not enough.

Finally! I hope its at the same level of her Up! (Pop edition) album.

She's going on, apparently her last, tour (U.S.A. only).

 

I was hoping it was finally going to be an album announcement.

 

That she specifically said it will be her last tour makes me worry something's wrong with her voice (like Linda Ronstadt who revealed last year she had Parkinson's disease, and thus couldn't sing anymore, after years of not releasing any music). And we know Shania's had trouble with her voice before.

She wouldn't go on a tour if she had vocal problems :lol: she maybe just wants to slow down. She seems perfectly happy with a slower life with her family now. It's not

like she said she is retiring, just not touring.

Let us remember Cher said the same thing numerous times before.....

I just watched the interview and she announced new album is coming, but after the tour. She said she'd like to release it when she's 50 (so after August).

Anyone else got her live CD/DVD? Mine arrived today and...wow :wub: looking and sounding incredible.

Shania's love of (excessive) punctuation is one of the (many!) things I adore about her. I still won't hold my breath for a new album though because it's been coming for years now, and without Mutt I really don't know how she could dream of producing another Come on Over. WE SHALL SEE (...probably!).
