And on the matter. I don't really have anything against their solo endorsements per say, but it is rather boring to see them doing these things if they aren't expecting to release any music soon, I agree.

 

It was discussed earlier this year, but if they had been dropped by the label, it could explain a lot of things... :(

At first, I was all for the solo shizzle but now it's just a constant reminder of how they're so far apart now :(

It's funny, I was just thinking about how odd it was that there hasn't been any solo material from them yet. It's been a good 6-7 months since they started their "hiatus" and I find it odd that we haven't even heard any demos or anything. I know Mollie, Vanessa, and Rochelle have been in the studio. That would at least help tide us over until they decide to do something as a group (if/when that happens). Not sure if you've been visiting Buzzjack for a while or not, but this forum is normally much more active. Obviously with less to discuss at the moment, things have been a bit slower here. So we are really happy to have you join us! ^_^

 

 

Speaking of Vanessa, there was a speculation that she covered a k-pop track that she will be releasing?

Ah yes, I've frequently visited the buzzjacks forum before I got the courage to join! I know what fabulous posts you guys have done beforehand :angel: I never really understood the whole forum layout so I was reluctant to join but, Sean here basically dragged me on :P I really do have a lot of things on my mind regarding the girls so apologies if I ramble!

Y'know what, I'm sick of the girls saying that they're in the studio recording music. It was reported that Mollie had stated that the girls will release material during the end of 2015 BUT didn't they say that last year? If they're going to split, just get it over and done with. I'm sick of the anticipation. -_-

Then at the same time when Frankie was on strictly I'm sure it said on her profile page they were planning on releasing a Christmas album, so who knows if Rochelle meant album six or Greatest Hits? ^_^

Basically - what happened, I think is. They got a bit ahead of themselves starting work on a new album (probably a Christmas album) before Greatest Hits was out, I think they assumed GH it would sell itself and boost their name, which is while minimal effort was put into it.

 

Sadly the album largely under-performed and the tour ended up selling 2-4-1 tickets for the tour, which meant the record label were profit-less so they halted production plans for a new album (maybe dropped them altogether). To get a bit of extra cash they sold off one of the tracks on the album to the 'Get Santa' soundtrack.
