November 16, 20159 yr Wow, this is fantastic too. The sound of The Corrs dragging themselves into 2015 whilst remaining true to themselves. Some of the production is a bit Empire of the Sun-esque. This album is going to slay me.
November 22, 20159 yr I really don't understand the promo for this album. We are five days from the release and there is no sign of a video. They released the single early to build some buzz, but they haven't followed it with any more songs, despite Bring On The Night not really getting much attention. Even Enya released three songs prior to her album release, and I can't think of a less single-artist than Enya. Ironically, preorders look fine right now. The album is #110 on iTunes UK at the moment, after being in the #70-#90 range for a few days, so I guess the promo on Radio 2 is working.
November 22, 20159 yr I was feeling the same, he release feels very low key so far. I hope the album can do ok for them. Im expecting a Late Late Show performance here in Ireland which would be great promo for them.
November 22, 20159 yr Author Both they and Enya were incidentally on Chris Evans' Radio 2 show on Friday. The tracks I have heard from the album so far are wicked. They shot the video for 'Bring on the Night' just last week so I don't doubt we'll be seeing it shortly...they're performing on Graham Norton next Friday too!

Honestly, I feel that show is what has given them such a big push in preorders. Speaking of which, they are back at #89 on UK iTunes, so they seem to be doing just fine. Enya has premiered her video a couple of days after the album release, so maybe they'll do the same.
November 23, 20159 yr I don't see the album going top ten, sales to break the top ten will be in the 25-30k region by next week probably and I'm not sure they'll manage anywhere near that. I've listened to the album clips on iTunes though and it sounds excellent throughout. A more than worthy successor to Borrowed Heaven (not really counting Home, it was more of a concept album I guess).
November 26, 20159 yr It is actually insane how good this is. Damn, it may pass Borrowed Heaven as my second favourite Corrs album, only behind Forgiven Not Forgotten. It's so much more Irish-sounding than I expected. It's pretty much a mix of all of their previous albums combined...and perfected?
November 26, 20159 yr Omg, has it leaked? Need...to hold out...until tomorrow *.* It definitely sounds like they waited to come back until they had some amazing material collected together.
November 26, 20159 yr Kind of, it's out in Australia and some Asian countries. Really? Out in Australia? I can't find it on our itunes .
November 26, 20159 yr Really? Out in Australia? I can't find it on our itunes . Oh, I was just guessing because of the time zone. I took for granted that this would be a WW release.
November 26, 20159 yr Oh, I was just guessing because of the time zone. I took for granted that this would be a WW release. That's alright so was I. I was expecting to see it when I woke up this morning.
November 26, 20159 yr Found the leak and listening to a couple of songs from it now. Unconditional is essentially a mash-up of Style and Perfect, such a contemporary sound for The Corrs :o
November 26, 20159 yr Also, the middle eights on this album are seriously out of this world, the way they completely change the mood and key of the song in White Light, Bring On The Night and Unconditional is <3 Edited November 26, 20159 yr by gooddelta
November 26, 20159 yr Also, the middle eights on this album are seriously out of this world, the way they completely change the mood and key of the song in White Light, Bring On The Night and Unconditional is <3 Wait until you get to such an Irish-folk song as Stay and you hear the little touches of disco. The production in all songs is great.
November 26, 20159 yr Shaking and crying at this album, it's everything I could have wanted. A late, but very realistic, contender for my favourite album of 2015. Those harmonies on, er, Harmony, are breathtaking. I'm so glad they didn't return with something underwhelming, this album is absolutely up there with everything that isn't Home and In Blue  I really hope it can sell ok and not go 28-53-OUT or something, people need to hear this opus.
November 27, 20159 yr First time listening to an album in full by them, it's already SO good :o It's making me want to see them after re-visiting their Greatest Hits also, still 2nd row tickets available in Manchester on Eventim, but no chance of paying £94 each for them? Have they overestimated their popularity this time round? I think the Arena tour maybe cancelled/downgraded.
November 27, 20159 yr The best tickets available at the O2 are really far back, so hopefully that show is selling ok, I really don't want it to be cancelled! I NEED to see this show! Album is up to No.20 on iTunes, I'm not sure what to expect officially, low top 20 I guess. I hope it doesn't peak lower than that, it's a risky week to release with the fear of getting swallowed up by all the big albums out there right now. Edited November 27, 20159 yr by gooddelta
