The guy who does the vocals is Foy Vance, who co-wrote the track as well. Ed Sheeran tweeted the YouTube audio mentioning Foy Vance and Rudimental re-tweeted it.

I think it's both tbh. If it isn't then he sounds IDENTICAL to Alex Clare! :lol:
