I had really wanted to do Carol Ann Duffy :( Education For Leisure looked fun :kink:

And we were doing them for a while until about 3/4 of the way through last year's summer term ^_^ Then we started Heart of Darkness, Henry V and Lord of the Flies overload <_<

Well my teacher hates her, so there was not a cat in hell's chance we'd be studying her. :D

We've only done Lord Of The Flies for the set text. So for the exam all i'm expecting is a question on LOTF and a question on the poetry.

 My teacher hasn't really given his feelings on her, but I did like A Difficult Birth from Clarke ^_^

Not that it was a patch on the psychoticness of Education for Leisure

We have done TOO MANY texts over the past year, View From The Bridge, Heart of Darkness (our teacher was actually considering making us do Great Expectations ), Henry V and LotF <_< A HoD question would be good for me ^_^ I went hyperdrive on the coursework for it :funky:

And there is no chance in hell I am choosing any of the bloody sonnets for the four-way comparison -_-

I did my coursework on Jekyll and Hyde for the set tex bit. It was bad, and a very complicated book to understand.

I have no idea what poems i'll choose. :( I'll make my decision when I see the questions avaliable. :cheer:

Yes I do :( Bloody four-way comparisons <_<

I will honestly scream if I have to analyse another one of Seamus-fecking-Heany's poems :D

Seamus Heany is quite NANG :o Esp compared to that vile thing lesbain Carol-Anne Muffy :o

Just remember FAMINE and POTATOES and you'll be fine Ronnie :D

Yes, but Carol-Anne Muffy pulls off some of the best psychotic poetry mixed with pop culture references in the world :funky:

Anyway, Seamus Heaney has nowt to talk about besides Ireland and digging up fecking potatoes <_< I woulda been fine with Clarke and the Muff :(

But Heany is such an EXCELLENT poet, his imagery is really astounding and the way he structures his poems is rather IMMENSE

Obvz not on a Blake level but still quite rather spiffying ^_^

Indeed, but we did Heaney to death over here :(

I know it did. I can't help but feel that's lyrics to some track though, but i'm not quite sure. :o

I only listened to the Arctics first album once and am debating whether to get their second album or Avril's album or SEB's album atm :funky:

It was on the first album!

Your ignorance towards the modern day British music scene is SHOCKINGTINGZ
