9th: Captain America: The First Avenger

Quite a close round compared the last couple, but with a more popular than usual round, Cap1 loses out with 34% of the vote, with the Thor sequel coming in second at 26%. I still prefer Captain America 1 to the Iron Man films, but it isn't a huge loss to me. I remember enjoying it at the time, but found it rather forgettable with no re-watch value. So forgettable indeed that the 'reveal' of who the Winter Soldier was in the second film, was completely lost on me as I had no idea what a Bucky was... (Sorry Regina, he's still very handsome though). Guardians of the Galaxy, Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Avengers Assemble have received 0 votes so far.

Films which incurred votes this round (3 films received 0 votes):

Captain America: The First Avenger - 9

Thor: The Dark World - 7

Thor - 4

Avengers: Age of Ultron - 3

Iron Man - 2

Iron Man 3 - 1

9th - Captain America: The First Avenger

10th - Iron man 2

11th - The Incredible Hulk

Bucky is so purdy on that poster ;_;

IRON MAN TO DIE PLEASE.

Oh my god.

I don't like any

Shitty Avengers again.

Glad Sony has Spiderman otherwise he'd be an overpowered dramaless mess like Avengers, Thor or Captain America.

Maybe I do need to watch it again but 'Thor: The Dark World' again. I just remember being bored throughout and it felt like they were stuck between telling the story and continuing the Loki story. It just all felt very forgettable as well.

I love the original 'Thor', I think it's made so brilliantly and I love the characters more in that.

Marvel now share Spider-Man with Sony and they are producing Spider-Man movies together so technically marvel owns Spider-Man again :kink:

Thor 2 again for me

No. The Marvel deal came after. It's so he can appear in a new reboot in 2017 set within the Marvel universe. They're not doing another origin story though, as they rightly assume that every person on the planet knows his story by now. Before that they're going to introduce him in Captain America: Civil War. So no doubt you'll find both Spider-Man appearances shit too, seeing as he'll be sharing the screen with more than one Avenger.

Oh no. He's gonna become invincible :snif: ANd if not he'll just look super weak next to invincible Captain America.

Oh my god I can't believe that :snif: THEY'VE RUINED SPIDERMAN!!

Before he was a good and as real and human a hero as Buffy. Now demi-god status!

For a while I thought you couldn't be serious. Now I'm not so sure

Spider-Man was ruined long ago though, especially when they gave the role to Andrew Garfield. #teamtoby.
Agreed.

Closing this tonight. Get any last votes in.
TEAMTOBY?????? I can't believe anyone would want that simpering FOOL to play a superhero. He looks like he's scared of his own bloody reflection.
Anyway Iron Man to go, it's no worse than Iron Man 2, but considerably worse than the actually approaching ok Iron Man 3.
Seriously? Captain America - easily one of the best films in the MCU - out before the Thor sequel? Really?
