Manchester Arndale signing

Will's never come so close to where i am before, and even though i cannot go myself i really would love a personalised CD. I am sending a relative. But we are clueless as to how to get a wristband. What sort of times do people have to normally wait is it like 8am-2pm. When does Will turn up. How long do you queue!? It said if we pre-order the CD at the store do you get a wristband like it said. They have work so cannot line up at 8am.
