3 albums set to be huge but who do you think will have the biggest first week sales?

I think it will be Scissor Sisters.

Seeing how in Swindon:

WHSmiths had sold out of copies by 14:00 Hrs, I picked up one of 4 remaining copies in Woolworths & I overheard a shop assistant say in Virgin "I reckon it's selling faster than the Monkeys.."

I would have to say Scissor Sisters = 300K by Sunday, methinks.

PS. It is really good & worth buying.

Well each album Robbie releases sells incredible amounts during the first week. IC sold 375,000. But i fear Rudbeox might've scared a few off buying it  However after just seeing his brand new video i am alot more confident about it now ^_^
I hope it will be Scissor Sisters

Oasis Greatest Hits? Take That's new album?

I'm just thinking that sales go through the roof in Oct/Nov/Dec so anything released in the pre-Xmas weeks must have a really good chance.

I think the Scissor Sisters will sell an awful lot this week. Everybody in the country seems to have their first album.

How many did Justin sell this week by the way? About 200,000?

Scissor Sisters

Bought my copy today, I still have to hear it

Justin sold just over 92K.

Really? :o I'm surprised at that. Thought he would have sold loads more given recent press coverage and how well his last album sold.

Both of the others will too :D

The Sisters.

Their last album sold more than the Killers and Robbie's last albums.

And their single has been the most popular

Scissor Sisters, apparently they have 550,000 pre-orders

02nd possibly the Killers

Robbie Williams 03rd, I don't think he'll do more than 150,000 in the 1st week tbh

Im gonna say scissor sisters becuase of the reaction to the new robbie song not being that great

Robbie is not someone you want to underestimate as far as album sales go. Their is no way it will only sell 150,000 in the first week. His 2nd single will also be released the week before the album and it sounds nothing like Rudebox. Robbie's fanbace are mostly older and don't really buy singles but album sales will be huge. I recall when his last album was released people were saying it would'nt even pass 200k cause of Tripping not getting a good reaction but it sold 375,000 ^_^

I do think the SS will sell more but 550,000 is highly unlikely. It's been years since an album sold anywhere near that first week -_-

I suppose he has got the added bonus of releaseing 2 singles before the album, it also makes people think he is not just releasing an album for the sake of it after 1 lukewarm single

I thought his last album would have been massive though like it was, alot of people thought Trippin' would be no.01 and it got a much better reaction than Radio tbh

I hated Radio :puke2: Really dislike that song although it is great live -_-

SS album has sold 83,000 in the first day which is great but IC sold nearly 150,000 on the first day and although i don't expect his new album to have the same success for never know ^_^
