Its probably got more sales it was at about 20k the week after its impact date (#132) but i cant track it once it leaves the top 200 .. #200 can sell about 2.5k ... So there is potential to add at least a few K more.

Album is up from 140 to 53 with 805 sales this week, but outselling all the albums up to 32, and then some of the albums above that, so it'll climb into the top 40 by the end of the week I'm sure.

 

Joy is new in at 162.

 

 

Had a feeling it would rise. It'll be great to see him back in the Top 40.

The sales are made up of 61% digital which is unusual for Will, a couple of weeks ago it was 16% so there must be very few phyiscal copies in store.

I worried that might be the case. Such a pity he could have sold so many more as he's much more a physical seller.

The album was REALLY pushed this week

Strictly performance of Joy

Brave Man video debut

 

and all that resulted in only 1,800 sales. I'm sorry but that's not very good in my eyes.

 

I have total now at 68,000 copies which is actually not that bad.

 

But why is it not higher!? I love how they are pushing Joy now with TFI Friday today and but seriously Will normally sells much much more than this.

 

I know steaming and sales are down for anyone but i do wonder if Island Records will be OK with this he has had 4 singles to push it so that don't come cheap...

 

He really needs to do a re-release for christmas for Brave Man's sake i guess too but i can't see Will agreeing to this...

Sajjadali, with hardly any radio airplay and lack of (physical) stock in many shops I think Will's doing pretty amazing compared to some! his TV performances alone have added at least 15k these last 2 months and that's some achievement with album sales going the way they are and being low for everyone (barring the usual few) at the moment.

The #1 album only sold 20k this week, so Will moving up 88 places and selling 1,800 is pretty damn good in my book. :D I'm sure Island are thrilled for Will and how well he's done so far, the tour, the videos and all the other stuff etc.
