I'm in week 5. Loving all the drama. Such a great diverse dynamic cast. I also love how they used to pay more attention to interpersonal relationships when editing episodes. Seems like the airtime and structure is the same but something feels different.

 

Danielle is making my life constantly! Amazing.

 

Even though I saw the wiki for results, I don't remember practically anything I saw there so it's like I'm watching this in 2002 haha

THIS IS WHY BATTLE OF THE BLOCK DOESN'T WORK.

WE DON'T NEED ALL THESE COMPETITIONS.

Just focus on the people and the game. That's why BB3 was one of my favorite seasons.

And they even had food comps! So they had more competitions but they still showed actual developments in relationships more for some reason.

One thing that f***ing annoys me though is NOMINEES talking about how they will use it on their partner on the block. Lmfao. Are they really so dumb.

:wub: I don't know what it is, but Season 3 holds a special place in my heart.

I remember I was still in Jr. High when the show was on - which is crazy because I just had my 10 year High School reunion this year.

 

Just an amazing cast, very eye appealing too from both the Guys and the Girls.. Roddy, Jason (yummy), even Eric wasn't that bad to look at despite being a little runt.

 

I usually re-watch it every few years, it's the only season that came out on DVD but that doesn't really matter now because you can stream all the seasons on the CBS App.

 

I may re-watch soon, who knows.

There are all (I assume all~) the seasons on torrents anyway, which is so convenient for a non-us citizen~

She really is flawless.

All of the people who wouldve been shirtless ab-flashing floaters and/or never up until top 6 these days were eliminated or nominated in the first 5 weeks. Its so amazing. What happened to big brother? :(

 

Recent julies interview made me want to start with season three. She compared Vanessa to Danielle. Danielle is so incredible. Vanessa is... erm... less than that.

She can go back where she came from. Being the drunk $l*t at the mall. 555-$l*t

 

I AM SCREAMING

-_- Steve would be an idiot not to take Vanessa if he wins that last HOH.

Liz would have 3 votes locked up for sure and it only takes 5 to win.

Did they actually get a script for this episode?! The whole thing was soooooo fake. I fast forwarded after 5 minutes of watching. :') And then they left a pathetic 4 minutes for endurance comp. Ugh

No, it was just a general statement after the show, Steve said he would be taking out Vanessa and Liz says she's taking Vanessa.

 

Yeah that episode was pretty shit, they always are. Too much Liztin as well.

Okay, back to BB3 oops~

 

LOATHING Roddy so much right now! Thankfully he is out in the next episode I am going to watch so PHEW. He went as far as bully Amy for not using her PoV! WHAT. That was SO uncomfortable to watch. I confess I didn't fully understand Danielle's 'devil' comments until now. He's disgusting.

So yeah, that happened.

I won't throw any shade on Steve for his win, he played a good game.. but it's a game that has been played before and won.. so I'm left feeling uninspired.

 

Obviously a lot of people were rooting for Vanessa, rightfully so, she played hard and the whole way through and she looked like she would win if she made the finals. It just goes to show that F3 HOH shouldn't be a crapshoot guessing game. Give us something better, give us something more challenging.

 

It was a nail-biter - though, I never thought Vanessa would come back after losing that first point. But it wasn't meant to be I guess.

 

Kudos for Jason making the Top 3 in the Fan Vote too. I remember watching the feeds early on and he thought he was going to be HAAAAATED. But the consensus amongst the feed watchers was that he was awesome. Hope he gets a chance to come back and maybe play a little harder next time.

 

Players I'd like to see return: Vanessa (obviously), James, Shelli, Jason and Audrey.

Sorry, I've had enough J-Mac TBH.

I'd love to see Audrey redeem herself as well.

 

All in all, great season - better than a lot of the recent seasons. Disappointing winner, but you can't always classify the season by the winner.

I was also definitely rooting for Steve in that F2. Liz only got 3 votes, and two of them were from her sister and boyfriend. Good god. :lol: And Vanessa only voted for Liz because Steve evicted her lolz. Steve's detailed explanation of Liz' SUPERHUGEBIG game moves were so on point. She practically did nothing the entire season. I guess she'd have come 2nd regardless of who was in F2 with her. And she was going to be there either way.

 

Kinda shocked James won MVP. But I'm glad he did! Not sure why John didn't win it though. He was there longer and he was ALWAYS the crowd's favourite ('Hi John' - 'Hey woman'. I died). Oh well.

 

Hoping for Shelli and Jackie to return to the next All-Stars because they were both eliminated early in the game and they were clearly two of the strongest contestants there.

Vanessa really should've won if it's going by game play but I was rooting for Steve to take the crown in the end, he really pulled it out of the bag in the speeches so nicely done. I'd have been fairly happy with any of the final 3 winning I think though.

 

Johnny Mac really should've won America's Fave HG :cry: James was great fun though so I guess I can't moan haha.

 

A good season in all, certainly better than last year and the year before. Although I think this is the third year in a row that BB Canada has trumped the show it's based on.... :ph34r:

Bit of a disapointing winner considering I kept forgetting he was there for the first half of the series. I think Liz realised herself though realised during the questions that her game was basically having the numbers ie relying on Austin and having a twin.

 

It should have been Vanessa, she was still manipulating the houseguests during the final competition! :lol: Moneywise though, if she's won $4.5m in poker, then Steve was a more deserving winner.

 

MUCH better series than last year though, and possibly my favourite of the three I've watched. It had a lot more twists and unpredictibility for me.

SOOOOO happy. Even though I realise Vanessa played a rather flawless game, I've been rooting for Steve the past couple of days [to win the final HOH and evict Vanessa] and out of the F3, he's the one I always liked as a person. I was screaming and howling when he got the final question right and when he was making his speech and casting the vote.

 

He had less screen time but he made me laugh unintentionally a fair amount and I still view him as a worthy winner with his game. Especially against Liz, his answers and final 'statement' were miles better.

 

Really happy with Jason being in the top 3 for America's Fave too (I cast a few votes for Da'vonne but she was evicted earlier, so) and surprised James beat Johnny Mac but I loved James too. And well, he was top of the Jokers updates rankings :P

 

"Because I really want to see how Vanessa voted" - oh really Julie, you sure you're not revealing the votes in reverse because Steve would've won from the first five otherwise? :kink: We could all see that coming.
