And Marie has gone, I must admit she was the worst baker this week, it was the right decision.

 

The Fire Engine showstopper was my favourite biscuit bake, really stood out from the rest. Star baker was pretty much spot on.

I was very disappointed with Marie this week. As much as I love her, she was easily the worst.

I wish they just did cake week every week tbh

Marie was as good as doomed when she only managed four biscuits in the technical challenge. Even Alvin's flatpack box couldn't beat that for failure.

Nadiya's biscuit box looked lush! I think Alvin will be a bit of an underdog this competition. For some reason, I can see him becoming a tougher competitor with time.

There's only so much you can do with cakes though, it'd be so dull if it was cake week in week out.

 

Mat continues to slay me like some DILFy baking assassin.

I was surprised to see Marie go so earlier, but I had to agree with Paul & Mary, her baking was a bit plain.
