Supporting Dorret was just about the most torturous thing ever. She was such a loveable train wreck but her exit was definitely inevitable :(

Sandy remains a delight, I do hope she somehow survives to the final.

 

No surprises with who went, it's been coming and was the fairest result really.

Yes exactly, I kept wanting her to not fall apart but every week she struggled but she was so likeable. Still laughing at her gateau tbh :lol:

I saw that coming Dorret's showstopper was awful, it just looked hideous, didn't really stood out from the rest.

 

Wow at that Lion though, the detail on it was amazing and so precise, well deserved commendation. And the flowerpot was really good. Not to forget Alvin who could have opened up a bakery :lol:

Those bread structures were incredible, some of the best bakes I've seen on the show, that lion and the snake in particular *.*

 

No surprise with Dorret, she really irritated me for some reason too. It felt almost insulting with all the effort the others went to with the showstoppers to do something you've never actually tried before.

When a contestant is criticised for producing something that looks like it took a good deal less than five hours to put together and for under-baking it, they've got a problem.

 

As for the lion, it's hard to find words to describe just how magnificent it was.

I don't know why but all the male contestants are really annoying me this year...I can't explain why but they just irritate me!
