I’ve ordered the Jack Garratt one too T Boy, it’s quite a nice little pop album. Have you noticed that the order of the track listing is different on the website to iTunes?

 

I’ve read that the tracklist is different but I’ve only listened on CD so far so I’ve only heard that order which is the same as the vinyl I think. I’m not sure why the different order but Jack said on Twitter that he wanted people to hear it in the physical order and I have to say it really does tell a journey.

Yes I ordered the track list in the same way as the physical and it seemed to flow better to me too. I think it’s a step up from his debut - plus the splodginess of the vinyl looks fab!

My now 33 vinyl turned up on Saturday - now I just need now 30, 32, 34 and 35!

Still can't get over 'White Laddar' being the biggest selling album of all time in Ireland.

Ooh nice one Jester *.* I've been continuing my Now vinyl collection recently too - not as impressive as yours as I have 1 - 12, plus 16 randomly from a carboot sale, but slowly building it up - going to look for 13 later in the week after pay day ^_^

 

I recently got Britney Spears - 'Britney' and Katy Perry - 'Teenage Dream' also!

Still can't get over 'White Laddar' being the biggest selling album of all time in Ireland.

 

is it really? good taste :) well in the UK is done more 3 million, which is crazy for such a small, humble album

with no gimmicks at all

5 Seconds of Summer - This upcoming version has an additional bonus track included that I really like, as well as artwork that I prefer to what is used on the Blue vinyl. I wish I'd waited before buying the copy I have, but at the time this upcoming version didn't exist!

 

Céline Dion - The item looks really lovely, definitely one of her best artworks and the vinyl colour looks great. The thing is, I've barely listened to the album, so I've held off buying it at this point. I should try and become more familiar with it and decide whether I like it enough to own on vinyl. £23.99 seems too expensive for an album I'm not sure about.

 

Emma Bunton - This is the holy grail item for me, but it's so rare and expensive. :(

 

Katy Perry - Currently not available as new on Amazon or HMV, so I'll have to use Discogs or eBay. I'm not in a rush to get it though! Maybe someday.

 

Niall Horan - I was pleasantly surprised by his album, but I'll bide my time with the vinyl and see whether it goes down in price eventually (it's currently £22.50 on Amazon).

 

Madonna - While I'd like a complete set of Madonna studio albums on vinyl, I think it's unlikely that I'll be able to get copies of Hard Candy, MDNA and Rebel Heart for a while - they're out of print, and pretty expensive! To be honest, those later albums aren't amongst my favourites, so I can do without them. Also regarding True Blue - I did buy a previous reissue on black, but Amazon sent it to me unsealed - pretty sure it had a previous owner, despite the fact I bought it as New direct from Amazon. To be fair they gave me a full refund for it (it was only around £13). Another issue I have with the version I own is that the quality of the artwork is horrible. It seems the clear version has a much nicer quality artwork, so I'd like to get this at some point.

 

Shawn Mendes - Again, it's the price that is putting me off at the moment (£22.78 on Amazon). I like this album, but not that much.

Yeah... it's available on her site. I'd really like one but that's a lot of money for a vinyl.

the vinyl for the new Alanis album is pretty nice too, and normal price, maybe I'll get that one :D

I'ver been reading a lot of people recently complaining about the quality of coloured vinyls and

how the quality is worst than regular non-coloured vinyls, but not sure if there is any science behind it?

I don’t think there is. Black vinyl itself is coloured, it’s only clear that isn’t.

 

I find it’s more down to the quality of the pressing plant which you would expect to be the case really.
