Aside from their latest single Drag Me Down, three official singles miss out on a Top 10 placing; You & I, Midnight Memories and Gotta Be You, the latter of which is the closest behind Night Changes by 40,000 copies.

This is what their Top 10 looked like last November when the OCC previously revealed their sales:

01 What Makes You Beautiful 950k

02 Little Things 499k

03 One Way Or Another (Teenage Kicks) 495k

04 Story Of My Life 480k

05 Best Song Ever 385k

06 Live While We're Young 355k

07 Kiss You 320k

08 One Thing 225k (est.)

09 Gotta Be You 140k (est.)

10 Steal My Girl 100k (est.)

This is what the following songs have sold on download in the past 9 months:

01 Story Of My Life 39k

02 What Makes You Beautiful 28k

03 Best Song Ever 21k

04 Little Things 19k

05 Live While We're Young 12k

06 One Way Or Another (Teenage Kicks) 10k

I'm glad 'Story Of My Life' has overtaken 'Little Things' (and will hopefully stay ahead) as, to me at least, it seemed like a much bigger hit and will be the better regarded of the two songs down the line.

'Steal My Girl' was on 389k (including streaming) at the end of 2014 according to Vidcapper, so it's surprising that it's still behind 'Live While We're Young' (367k) on pure sales.

But Story of My Life is at #2, not Night Changes? x
