I'm a bit disappointed with Signature to be honest. Haven't really enjoyed a Moya album since the wonderful Whisper to the wild water to be honest.

Well, that one's hard to surpass. It has both a Celtic and a modern feel to it, blended just perfectly. :wub: I have never like Perfect Time, Maire, or Two Horizons better than WTTWW, even though I usually change favourites from time to time on other artists. But they are all very good.

Has anyone heard Follow The Word? That is such a good song. :wub: The first three songs on Whisper To The Wild Water are really good.

Oh yes, I love that one! :wub: :wub: :wub: You're right, the first three are very good. I love Peacemaker too, esp. when Moya sings "make me a channel of your peace." Her voice sounds so ethereal and far away on that one. She has more of a beat to her music than Enya, but I really like it. :wub:

This isn't about any of Moya's albums, but her book..I finally got it in the mail today. :wub:

I will do that. :) I started last night and am almost through chapter one..she was pretty much talking about how Clannad was returning to their hometown after a tour in Germany and they were really well accepted by them..there was a celebration, so to speak..and I was getting into the part where she was going to school where her grandparents taught..

Signature is going to be released in the US this Tuesday. She rerecorded I Will Find You and I think it's brilliant. :heart: You can hear it on her MySpace page.

Ooh I'll have a listen to that later. ^_^ I quite liked No One Talks.

My favorite is Black Night. :heart:

Yes, I heard I Will Find You on her myspace and I think it sounds even better than the original. :wub: Since I still haven't gotten Signature, I'm planning on getting it when it's released on the 25th. B)

I have the US version of Signature now! :dance: Now I can hear I Will Find You when I want to.

There is going to be a release called "Signature Tour Edition." I'm not sure how widespread this release will be, I know Sweden gets it and the Netherlands..I think..it's a two CD set with the second CD containing the new tracks, they are live.

I also noticed that An Irish Christmas is going to be released this Tuesday again. I need more information so I can find out if anything is different about it in comparison to the UK and US releases.

Heart Strings is out in the UK now. I bought it. :cheer:

On your shore, what do you think of Heart Strings? It's the first Moya album I've not bought yet. I haven't made my mind up yet whether to get it or not.

 

 

I have a mixed opinion about it. I was hoping it was going to be a new studio album with new songs. Putting that aside, I like probably half of the album. I'd have to listen again because I don't always warm up to things right away even when I like the artist.
