This could have done with being a single back when the album was released as it seemed to be the one to gain the most attention. I fear it'll be too late to do anything, unless a video which features Britney is released.

There was a pre-order right? I think that's a big mistake for fanbase acts when following on air releases, because HUGE amounts of fans would have downloaded the song but probably most of them aren't impacting iTunes with the orders. And the general public don't know the song well enough to buy it yet.
