December 5, 20159 yr Author Welcome to my EOY thread, where I'll be counting down my 200 favourite tracks in 2015* once the year is over. In the meantime, I'll be doing separate activities, such as ranking all the albums I have listened to** this year, the worst of 2015, and whatever else I may think of. I'll be starting off with the worst of 2015. * The list can and will include songs which were released earlier than 2015. ** To qualify, I must have heard all of the songs on the standard edition. Above are pics of the videos (with the expection of Take Me Home and Weird People) of the songs which got to number one in my personal chart. But which one, if any, will be my favourite song of 2015? Edited December 5, 20159 yr by Taylor Jago
December 5, 20159 yr Looking forward to this Taylor, some fantastic songs in those pics  Also hype for your hate chart, I'm starting mine today and I'm sure we will have many of the same songs in our charts
December 5, 20159 yr Excited for this and I like/love most of the #1s in the OP :D I can see a few of your hate chart songs will probably be in disagreement i.e. Chris Brown and Prayer In C :P

I'm looking forwards to your hate chart aswell. Excited for this Taylor  Thanks Harry! Excited for this and I like/love most of the #1s in the OP :D I can see a few of your hate chart songs will probably be in disagreement i.e. Chris Brown and Prayer In C :P Prayer In C was from last year, so it won't be there. Anyway, thanks for the comment!
December 5, 20159 yr Author :puke: #25: Ne-Yo feat. Juicy J - She Knows Fk1ZO_980DI Chart Run: 87-67-35-28-33-46-66-90 Kicking off the list is Ne-Yo and Juicy J (who will return) with She Knows. It didn't spend long in the chart, so it didn't have time to become a really horrid track, but when you think that Ne-Yo's previous single was Coming With You, which was quite good, although it is the only track on the second disc of Now! 90 to have not charted in my chart, and that Juicy J was previously on the fantastic Dark Horse, and that they made this, it's quite annoying. Like the song itself. Edited December 5, 20159 yr by Taylor Jago
December 5, 20159 yr Author :puke2: #24: Jamie Lawson - Wasn't Expecting That Y-lI_tgQMMk Chart Run: 66-40-6-7-10-12-17-20-24-20... Next at #24 is the borefest that is Wasn't Expecting That. Although it was originally released in 2011, it only became a hit in 2015 so appears here. While She Knows was a minor hit and everyone (including myself) had blissfully forgotten about by the time the Hatechart rolled around, this still sends many of us to sleep today. Lawson is the first act on Ed Sheeran's label. While Ed has done quite a few ballads, most of them are beautiful (The A-Team, Lego House, Small Bump, Give Me Love and Photograph) and even the ridiculously overrated Thinking Out Loud sounds like it was by Sigma or Avicii compared to this. Speaking of the latter, this track for me is quite similar, although not as bad, as one of his hits from this year. As the hit is from this year, and worse than this, it will be making an appearance later on.
December 5, 20159 yr Author :puke2: #23: Fergie - L.A. Love (La La) GLyP0B2Q-R4 Chart Run: 3-10-19-23-34-41-50-59-80-70-80-93-92 At #23, we have Fergie's comeback L.A. Love (La La). I wouldn't completely describe this as a comeback, more like a one-off success. And a bad one at that. L.A. Love (La La) is terrible, sounds like a geography lesson on the lower side of the spectrum, despite the fact it comes from an artist who, although she has had previous bad songs (see My Humps), is more than capable of making a great track (see Big Girls Don't Cry). It is the first song in this countdown to have peaked at #3, but nothing in this countdown made the top 2.
December 5, 20159 yr Author :puke2: #22: KSI feat. JME - Keep Up uBosAirL8ds Chart Run: 45-68-91... KSI already inflicted Lambourghini on us, so it was obvious that should he ever resurface his second opus would not be great art. He did, teaming up with JME to make this. Keeping up with the quality of his previous installment, although slightly more sparing to our ears, it was a pile of tripe. Not really music. Now! obviously disagreed, as this is Disc 2 Track 19 on Now That's What I Call Music! 92. One can only wonder why that position couldn't have been taken by Body Talk or Anyone Who Had A Heart instead.
December 5, 20159 yr I guess NOW thought that 'Keep Up' would actually be a decent sized hit because of the "success" of 'Lamborghini', predictably they got that wrong. I was disappointed by the song anyway, JME's raps are usually a lot better.. 'She Knows' was alright but nothing special, I expected it to be a lot bigger than #28 though. Clearly the public just aren't interested in Ne-Yo as an artist anymore. As you probably know I also really hate 'Wasn't Expecting That' :puke: looking forward to seeing what u like! :D
December 5, 20159 yr Not too big losses on your hate chart for me: She Knows is quite good, Ne-Yo has done a lot better though and it kind of flopped in the chart. WET is a kind of song I wasn't expecting to not hate :o it is kind of boring at the same time though. LA (Love) verses are quite catchy but it's the "la la la la la" chorus part that I find annoying and singing about countries like Pitbull does is plain boring -_- KSI is great as a Youtuber but Keep Up isn't that good. Lamborghini was better, but I only really like that because of the humour involved in the song.
December 5, 20159 yr Completely forget She Knows exists, horrid song and Wasn't Expecting That is painful to listen to :puke2: Not heard the new KSI one (thankfully!) I love L.A. Love though :kink:
December 5, 20159 yr Author :puke2: #21: T-Wayne - Nasty Freestyle Gt0KFxi4Bc8 Chart Run: 99-74-41-42-43-47-53-54-58-59-x-86 Thankfully this didn't hit the top 40, just missing out at #41, which means we had to hear it anyway. And god, it is awful! Apparently it lasts 2 minutes, but frankly, I can't remember, although I guess its short length is its way of staying out of the top 20 here. December 5, 20159 yr Author :puke2: #20: Rihanna - Bitch Better Have My Money B3eAMGXFw1o Chart Run: 29-27-52-39-42-50-53-51-55-60-64-66-72-88-61-53-62-62-71-81-84-92-90 After the snoozefest that was FourFiveSeconds, my anticipation for Rihanna's then-unnamed eighth album, to quote the great Damien Rice, floated like a cannonball. Then Bitch Better Have My Money came around and things didn't get much better (didn't get much better means this isn't bad as FourFiveSeconds) as Rihanna now also had, to quote Ultraviolence1989, a "racket of noise" in her back catalogue. BBHMM is terrible, and although it was a disaster on her scale, possibly due to the possible negativity after FourFiveSeconds, it still was around long enough to become really bad. And while it escapes this countdown, American Oxygen isn't any good either. Still, at least we have Towards The Sun.

And while it escapes this countdown, American Oxygen isn't any good either. Still, at least we have Towards The Sun. ^THIS *.* Towards The Sun is incredible and so underrated, by far the best song she's done this year  Bitch Better Have My Money is so awful for RiRi's standards and Nasty Freestyle is just awful noise, so happy it missed the top 40!
December 5, 20159 yr Not heard the Freestyle song but can certainly relate to Bitch :puke2: if 45seconds wasn't enough of a bore at least this wasn't boring it was more of an earache. Rih has definitely not pleased me this year. Her best of this era is American Oxygen but even that one's just ok :(
December 5, 20159 yr Author :puke2: #19: Avicii - Waiting For Love cHHLHGNpCSA Chart Run: 70-52-47-43-41-43-x-6-10-11-14-14-21-26-33-35-40-41-50-48-54-54-53-58-64 Up next is an artist who 12 months I never would have expected to put here. After six fantastic singles, and producing the fantastic A Sky Full Of Stars, my anticipation for his second album was quite high. The Days however was quite dull, but The Nights repaired that damage. So really, I never could have expected this. Waiting For Love is terrible, as is another top 10 entry from the first chart week to start on a Friday. How a song as great as Black Magic managed to enter the chart the same week as this and another turd which will appear later, I have no idea. Still, the first 10 or so seconds are a lot better than the rest of the song. Edited December 5, 20159 yr by Taylor Jago
December 5, 20159 yr Not 'Waiting For Love' being in your hate chart  Also like 'BBHMM' and 'Nasty Freestyle', in the case of the latter just for the lol factor but I think that Rihanna song is another really good one from her, shame it got such a bad rep.
December 5, 20159 yr ok, WFL isn't in my top 10 Avicii but it's still a great track. I guess the very John Legend style vocals are the reason it's here? :P
