First single to leave the survivor is 'Get Together'. For me, it has the tendency to become lost sandwiched between 'Hung Up' and 'Sorry', despite having all the right ingredients to make it a bona fide dance floor essential. In full appreciation, it's easily to see the momentum builds in all the right places, particular at the 2/3 mark before the final choruses kick in, and the lyrics of 'falling in love' through the energy of the music begins to make so much sense. Of course, no Madonna dancefloor filler is complete without the casual drug reference/imagery: there's more to "I'll make you feel better / If it's bitter at the start / Then it's sweeter in the end" than the illusion of falling for someone.

Sorry about the looooong delay - I had issues with my laptop for 2 weeks and have been busy with work over the festive season, but I aim to get through these survivors and the Something to Remember rate results, as well as just getting back into the AF in general.
