http://i.imgur.com/px3nn1il.jpg

Hey y'all, to celebrate Last.fm bringing back the abilitity to view previous charts in a new and improved way, and to celebrate my Last.fm running for 10 years, I am going to look back at my year-end charts (based on scrobbles)

So sit back and relax while I take you back down my old memory lane

2006

I signed up for Last.fm a few weeks before my 14th birthday. So let's have a look at what slayed me during this year.

Okay, so my most listened to track was the theme tune of Letterland, I am normal I swear

I was also slayed by S Club 7, Steps and Tweenies.

I saw S Club 7 live this year and the Steps Christmas song is in my current chart so has my music taste really changed that much over 10 years?

As you can see, I was heavily slayed by pop in 2006. Ther were also some elements of rock coming through, in the forms of Green Day and Hard-Fi and some hip hop from Eminem.

The Basement Jaxx Greatest Hits was one of my favourite albums at the time as I got it for my 13/14 birthday and it was one of the first albums I put on my MP3 player

As my artists rosta show, my tastes were as varied then as they are today. Only I have ventured deeper into genres and listen to more heavy metal/heavy rap/heavy dance than I did then but the foundations are there.

What a bizarre mix of music lol. Shame you wasn't keen on my fave S Club song "Two In A Million".
