I am honestly shocked STILL that SOME people believe Farage, the rich elite eho applied for German citizenship the day after the ref, is a 'man of the people' and the pro-EU people are the 'elite'. It is doublethink of Orwellian magnitude.

People who don't read widely, and don't tend to think too deeply and analyse, are what some might call "gullible", and others might call "fools".

 

Farage is a millionaire bankrupt fox-hunting elite-crony banking investor with racist far-right lying opinions, a man with no sympathy for human beings (that he has shown in public), and hypocritical in the extreme in much of what he says and does. I sincerely hope that the Germans turned down his application, they've already had one right-wing nutter ruin the country, they don't need another have the right to live there, or else use them as a springboard to avoid the non-EU queues as airports when he goes to see his wife's family. The f***er can join the slow line like the rest of us and pay the fee for going on holiday.
