Thanks for the latest updates, at least we know now that Will knows about our petition and he's prepared to speak out in public about the record company, :lol: love him to bits and I hope sheer Will fans power wins it for us.

Will said something about taking it up with the record company, but it's not as simple as it sounds ;)

According to the girls there was talk of the DVD at Wembley but he said he shouldn't talk about it but discuss his pants instead. The boy's been gagged :P

 

Oh gossip - Conor was there again and Aaron was sitting in the same block :P

Unfortunately there will not be a tour DVD available this year

 

Hopefully the petition will remind Sony/BMG just how many loyal fans Will has & at least give us a cd or a downloadable video if we can't have a DVD.

It's not saying that there won't be a dvd, but it's saying that it's not happening this year. (when will the tour be over ?)

Maybe they are planning a Valentine release... If Will's taking a break from recording, the chance to have it out next year is quite good, I suppose. Maybe it will be a dvd witha bonus live cd

Official statements have always to be read very carefully :)

I know I mighjt be wrong, but I wouldn't be surprised if a dvd would be out before Spring 2007.

As an European fans, my wishes all go for a dvd release, definitely ! ;)

The tour is gonna end in November, if I got it right.

And editing usually takes some time.

And, if this is the last release for some time, it has to be great (just like his prev dvd ;) )

So, I'm positive and quite sure this live dvd is gonna be out early next year... :)

I have to agree with Lifelight, the whole reply was worded rather strangely.

 

Surely a "there will not be a DVD release of this tour" rather than "there will be no DVD release available this year," would have clarified the situation a lot better.l

 

P.S. the actual tour ends tonight Lifelight, although Will is performing at some concerts in South Africa in November, he's not taking his tour there.

On the Brighton second date, he said it 'wasn't as simple as it seems' to do DVD. I don't know if he meant to film it or to get the record company to agree to it. I'm assuming the latter <_<

I think a good documentary of the tour (please, don't make it a 15 mins thing, cos it's sad and useless) would be great if it'd include something from his SA gigs :)

Ending it tonight ? So short, btw :( :( :( And I'd really have loved to see some European dates :(

Totally ruined my day when i read this :(

 

It's a load of BS, we're being fobbed off and that's all I'm saying.

If they're bothered about the cost of packing then I think we should keep the pressure up on them to make it available on the internet. Either through Will's site or one of the download sites. Not giving up.
