Mario has filed a lawsuit in an attempt to free himself from a production deal that was signed back in 2000. Mario says he’s only received about $50,000 of the over $20 million in sales of his two albums and that Troy Patterson and Third Street Music Group stole hundreds of thousands of dollars of his profits. According to the lawsuit, Mario says Patterson entered his life when his father was not around and his mother a drug addict. Patterson became Mario’s legal guardian and acted as his personal manager, business manager, record company and publisher. The pair ended their business relations in 2004.

Im shocked :o I never thought Mario would of made so much, but all the same he deserves what he is owed
