Fleur has put a poll on her Twitter asking what should be her next Single between 'Breakfast' and 'More and More' Breakfast is currently winning and has the most votes but it's still quite close !

'More And More' has kind of grown on me to the point where I'd be good with either now. If they go with breakfast, they really need to cut the first verse (if you can call it that) in half.

 

Maybe I'd prefer 'Breakfast' as I have been loving it longer, and 'More And More' is pretty much a wholesale rip-off of 'I Wanna Dance With Somebody'.

Breakfast is miles better, I'd much prefer that. More and More is fine but I don't think it's a good single.

Breakfast has to be her best song. But I don't know if the public would take to it as a single. We'd have to see I guess.

I think it definitely has the best chance at doing well but unfortunately I am pessimistic that she will be able to get another hit from this album.

I thought for a minute 'Over Getting Over' was the next single because she randomly shared it on Twitter 3 days ago.

So now that 'Breakfast' has won the poll, does that mean it's conclusively confirmed as the next single?

Looks like she's ignoring the fans and going with More & More anyway, she just posted a picture of the cover art on Instagram.

'More & More' is "it's good as an album track" at it's finest! FFS.

I think/hope it'll prove itself to be a grower for some of you! It's definitely one of my album highlights & I'm very happy for it to be a single. :wub: Although I have to lol at her running a poll and ultimately ignoring the result of it. :lol:

I wonder if radio stations have influenced the decision to go with this one? I feel like this is a more radio friendly choice than Breakfast would be.

I like that song a lot and am listening to it a lot, but it has flop written all over it.

 

Mind you, like Davidson said I think she'd struggle for a hit beyond the first single regardless.

Yeah she has one hit wonder written all over her. Although she did say she is performing this at the NTA's, so that might get it off to a decent start.

Oh I really don't like the verses of More and More but the chorus is great. She should have went with breakfast

I don't know why she bothered doing a poll just to ignore the results anyway?

NTAS might save her, but in general I've always said that Sax has one hit wonder written all over it. Saying that I like this a lot more than Sax.

Is NTAs guaranteed to be a performance for 'More & More' though? Or will she wheel out 'Sax' again?

This is not how you keep momentum.

 

'Baby Don't Dance' was the perfect choice for that as it would cement her sound and prolong that sassy image of her. I can't see 'More & More' doing that at all.
