Yeah but it was fun! And I don't think Serbia was better. It was good but not a winning song. :P

Oh I loved Serbia. Thought she was excellent. ^_^ Ukraine's was a fun song though. ^_^

Does anyone else hate when people call Enya a fairy/goddess/some mythical creature? Or when people type things like "Harvest Moons" and "Waterfront"? Or when you see other album typos? Or when people can't spell "Shepherd" correctly? My god, I can't take it. I almost feel personally insulted, sometimes, I actually do.

A mythical creature sounds quite nice to me. ^_^ I don't think I've seen many album typos... though some people call Watermark Waterfall, and once I saw Caribbean Blue being called Caribbean Beans!
I see this is still on Amazon.com.

Ah yes, the infamous "unreleased"..that is such a crock. -_-

I don't like when Enya is referred to as those things because she, after all, IS human. :) Just like us, but with exceptional talent. ;)

Caribbean Beans? That's just terrible.

ROFL @ Caribbean Beans. I once saw A Day Without Pain on Ebay.

I think it's kinda silly when people call Enya a fairy, too. Goddess or diva is fine, lots of female singers are callled goddesses because they sing so well, are gorgeous, and all that, but I've heard some people speculating that Enya's a reincarnated goddess, or a fairy, etc. It's kinda funny actually. I'm fascinated by fairies myself, I like to draw them, etc. but I wouldn't call Enya one.

We had an ant invasion earlier. :o They started building a nest under our radiator. We soon got rid of them though. Very intelligent creatures, ants.

We had tons of ants in our kitchen one summer. I don't remeber what we did to get rid of them, but there were quite a lot. I've heard that ants are intelligent too. It's hard to think of a bug being intelligent.

 I'm actually craving some time to paint my own personal stuff... I've been swamped with commissions lately, but what I really want to do is paint my own ideas. However, commissions pay money, and my own ideas do not.

Right now I'm working on a piece for a lady who wants a b-day present for her husband. It's 1 Corinthians 13 (the love chapter) and I'm doing this elaborate knotwork border, then in caligraphy I'll write out the chapter in the center. It looks nice, but it's boring work... I'd rather be working on my pet project, a watercolour of my own idea. :P

Yes, if it's a commission. I've been getting more and more lately. People see my work somehow or another, and they're like, hey, can you illustrate this story, paint me a painting, and so on. ^_^

Ants have enough intelligence to take over the world. There are billions of them, and they communicate very effectively. If a million of them each went to one person, which they probably could, they could carry you somewhere. They are very strong too. *Shudders*

And we're not sure Ben! I guess we'll have to wait another 13 years to find out. :(

Snakes are the worst creature of all. Thinking about them makes me squirm so much - even more than daddy-long-legs. -_-

Ooh, a bad experience was it? Tell all!
Someone must have dropped one off by the bank down the street and I was walking down the sidewalk and saw one right in front of me..it was strange. I got away from it since I didn't know what type it was and I don't know if it would have done anything..I don't need to get bit. :P

Ewww, snakes. :puke2: How I hate them. :puke2: :puke2: :puke2: They're just so... creepy.

I've nearly stepped on a Copperhead snake (they're poisonous) two or three times. It was when we first moved into our house, for some reason we were always seeing them, but we haven't seen any since, thank goodness. It was when I was picking up things to mow the yard, I reached down to pick up a rope, then my brother said, oh my gosh there's a copperhead right there! It was right next to where I'd picked up the rope. I jumped back, and I think it just went off. Then we were taking a walk, and I was just about to step right onto a Copperhead when my mom yanked me back. It think that happened twice. I think maybe I need to watch my step a little better...

 Sounds like a sci-fi movie!

I would love to get paid for my art. It's not good enough for that, though. :P

I don't mind ants, it's mice that I hate.

You draw nicely. ^_^

I don't like mice either. They look so cute, but they're nasty. We have a mouse problem. Our cat and traps get some, but still, they see our pantry and they're like :w00t: !

Oh God. :o I'd hate it if we had a mouse outbreak in the house haha!
I'm afraid of mice. There was a baby one in our house once and it ran across the room..I started screaming. They are so disgusting. :puke2: I dissected a dead mouse once, though..when they are dead, it doesn't matter..it turned out to be a female that was going to have eight babies.
