I can't get over how incredible After Dark is. It's the heat 4 song 8 track of my dreams! *.*

Sorry to break up the preview-fest, will listen soon (just heard Kizunguzungu and I don't know how I feel!)

Last week's Andra Chansen songs not particularly lighting the Swedish charts up, here's all the charting songs in Sverigetopplistan so far:

01 [03] Samir & Viktor - Bada Nakna

19 [32] Albin & Mattias Andreasson - Rik

44 [**] Isa - I Will Wait

73 [**] Molly Petterson-Hammar - Hunger

Not sure whether this will be reflected in any Andra Chansen results, but still doesn't look particularly promising for either of last week's AC'ers.

Don't four of the songs from AC go to the final now? I can see Samir & Viktor and ISA definitely making it. Not sure about Albin and Molly probably won't.

I won't be able to watch this live tonight as going to a gig...

Yep! Last year, they seemingly tried to make some kind of like for like matches in the pairings. I can't see how they'll do that so far, unless they pair two people from the same semi up again, which seems unlikely.
A worse heat than the entirely forgettable first one? I really doubt that's going to be the case. I'm actually really excited for many songs from here.

Heat 3 is almost always the strongest one for me.

The first one had the Ace Wilder return! That's memorable enough for me. Ugh. They just won last year, it was the same after Loreen won, they're hosting, but they just don't care about winning back to back competitions.

Zara Larsson and AviciiKygo-boyband (seriously no one tell Joseph) sound a lot less innovative but I suspect I'll shamefully enjoy the latter in full and I mean, at least Lisa's singing very competently.

God that Smilo song is incredible going by the 2:30 clip. Even if it doesn't make it through tonight, I'll be happy to get the full thing. Amazing.

I don't agree with this at all - I haven't really liked this year but they've undeniably stepped up their game compared with 2013. Don't Worry, Constellation Prize, Save Me (much as I dislike it) and I Will Wait would all be ridiculously competitive in May. I don't think any of the tracks in this heat would be, but they're more focused on just being really good pop songs that are effective at what they set out to do rather than the types which have enough mass appeal to win.

By this time last year we already had I'll Be Fine, Hello Hi, Sting (lol), Groupie, MEET MEIJ DOWNTOWN TONIGHT, Don't Stop Believing, Insomnia, Don't Stop and I See You.

Hello Hi easily beats anything DTF apart from Save Me and AC's I Will Wait.

Last year was also the best year we had in ages! Not everything can always meet that standard.
