February 21, 20169 yr It's not as bad as I anticipated! Was going to skip this season but I'll keep tuning in for now. It was interesting to see the teams greeting each other at the beginning since most of them know or are familiar with each other. I'd prefer an early elimination for Tyler but that seems very unlikely at this point -_-

July 3, 20169 yr Anyone watching The Amazing Race Canada (and if you're not - you should, no stunt casting like TARUS). The first episode was BEAUTIFUL. I've been to Jasper once when I was a kid - watching that episode I need to go back. I also had no idea it was the largest National Park in the Rockies - I would have assumed that to be Banff. Initial Thoughts: Joel & Ashley: She was a bit annoying and OTT during her challenge. Rita & Yvette: Weren't really shown too much. Julie & Lowell: I'm rooting for them big time. I think it's amazing that he's getting one last chance to see Canada. Anne & Tanya: The one chick looks like a dude. Also, why can't you follow directions?! Steph & Kristen: Hottest lesbians ever! Kelly & Kate: I can tell I'm either going to hate them, or love them. Probably love but they will be eliminated early. Jillian & Emmett: Yep. That's right. Jillian and Emmett from BBCAN1. She was much more annoying than I remember. Stephane & Antoine: REALLY?! Only one Quebec team. They seem like fun, the son is gorgeous. Anthony & Brandon: Meh. Frankie & Amy: Yes, they do look like Sisters. They could be fun. In a way I think Anthony and Brandon were a little robbed. I really think taking the time penalty was actually smart, but, you can't really anticipate that the challenge couldn't have been completed by the Weather. Had the Roadblock not been cancelled, I think they would have been 100% Safe. I wouldn't be surprised if it took people 5-6 attempts to get the clue. Also. Next Episode. Calgary. YAAAAAAS. You can LITERALLY see the street I live on in the previews. I'm very excited.
April 2, 20178 yr Apparently nobody watches The Amazing Race anymore? This season looks great. They're all strangers, but I think it actually works well. I was also happy to see Jenn/Kevin go first.. they look liked the stereotypical racers.. everyone else (apart from the team that came second last) seems insanely strong. Plus. Woof. So many hot guys. Logan *.*, Scott (he's a little annoying), Redmond, Seth (daddie yass) and even Matt can be the little twink bottom.

April 15, 20178 yr Really bummed about the last two eliminations! Thankfully the teams overall seem surprisingly competent compared to past seasons, I was expecting less chemistry and more conflict with the way the teams were thrown together. Only Shamir and Sara have been painful to watch so far, although that may change next episode judging by the preview.
April 15, 20178 yr :mellow: Some of these peoples negotiation skills need work. Pretty solid season so far, Shamir has got to go. I do like Scott but his partner is very annoying. Also, Redmond is starting to get on my nerves as well. Team Fun is great, but right now I'm rooting for Vanck + Ashton.
May 1, 20178 yr I'm glad Michael and Liz were saved two episodes ago since they seemed to get along great except for that leg, glad they're not arguing anymore at least for now. Vanck & Ashton were the only team left I didn't care for, I love all the others so will be sad no matter who goes next. Brooke is hilarious, this is the second time she's been stuck on a task and her reaction is priceless :lol: So far this is definitely my favorite season of the past few years!
May 23, 20178 yr Vietnam had to be one of the most brutal legs I've ever seen! Sooooo gutted for Team Fun, they were so enjoyable to watch and more than capable of reaching the final if it hadn't been for that one Roadblock :( Brooke is hysterical, no idea how she's still in the race :lol: Reminds me of Rachel Reilly but even more annoying!
June 6, 20178 yr Okay so I've done a total 180 on Brooke judging by my last post. She's probably a massive pain to team with but made me laugh so many times, she and Scott ended up my favorite team to watch hands down. So they're deserving winners in that sense, even if Tara/Joey and London/Logan seemed to have more consistent races. I genuinely would've been happy with any outcome, the season was just that good. (Did anyone else enjoy or even watch this season lmao?)
July 15, 20178 yr Amazing Race Canada is back! Great casting, no real novelty casting this year (Hal/Joanne & Emmett/Jillian) unless you consider Dan & Riya. Zed/Shabbir: I can get behind them for sure (especially the son) ;) Sam/Paul: CUTEST GAY TEAM EVER OMG Megan/Courtney: My least favs from the first episode Kenneth/Ryan: Ugh. Strong M/M team, typically winners. They are fun tho. Andrea/Ebonie: *.* Aaron/Deb: Too bad. They looked like they could have been fun. 3 Strong male teams this season. Eek. Amazing Race Canada doesn't have a good track record with great winners.
