So as much as she is the devil incarnate etc. etc. I have always found the rather questionable personality of Natalia Kills to make rather good pop music. After the rather unavoidable viral backlash against certain comments on X Factor NY she has kept a rather low profile, however has been behind the scenes writing tracks that made both Madonna's and Rihanna's new albums. Now she is ready to return, along with that horrendous husband of hers and has created a band under the disguise of Cruel Youth.

 

Although we may have an Amy Winehouse doppelganger in our midst, the first single from the project is really a rather brilliant retro sounding number. Maybe all should be forgiven?

'Alexis Texas' is f***ing incredible; might be one of the best songs of the year and is definitely the highlight of an almost flaw free EP. Natalia has killed it once again.
