CHRISTINA AGUILERA has heaped praise on pop rival PARIS HILTON for having the guts to try her hand at music. The hotel heiress released debut single STARS ARE BLIND earlier this year (06) and was panned by critics and musicians alike for the effort. However, Aguilera insists new artists are always "welcome" in the industry and doesn't mind the competition. She says, "There are always going to be other records and other singers out there, and years from now I'm sure there'll be the next Christina Aguilera coming up. "I welcome it. "I think it's great that Paris goes for what she wants."

Glad she's not jumping on the bandwagon and dissing Paris, I find it funny how the press tried to make a rivalary out of these two just because the albums/singles were out around the same time and it just didnt work :lol:

I like about half the songs on the album (stand out tracks Stars Are Blind, Nothing In This World, Jealously). I hate the Scott Storch tracks though (not just because its him :lol:) its like r'n'b is being forced on her. Love it how Paris keeps snubbing his songs to release :cheer:

Yeah I like him aswell. "Fighter" is my favorite Xtina track so I cant really diss him! I think F.U.S.S was a big mistake to put on the album, maybe a b-side but it just makes her look like she is trying to cause some controversy :unsure:

I dont know I just think its a little OTT, I dont think they even had that much of a bust up did they? I love the first album first but out of the 3 albums its my least favorite!
