I'm not. Everton are offering him absolutely crazy money. Think it's £7m a year or something, and the third highest paid manager in the league.

I think it's just a stepping stone, I think despite the fact he will be the next Everton boss, he's also favourite for the Arsenal job when Wenger retires!

Is it really a stepping stone though? Both teams are in that same pack chasing the final Europa spot.

 

Everton are traditionally a bigger club, as much as I hate them. Plus who wouldn't move to double their salary.
