I've thought Austria could do quite well since I saw the overwhelming reaction to Zoe at the preview party, literally five times bigger and longer cheers than anybody else got. That said, I don't see the televoters flocking to it but with this draw and strong jury support it could finish mid-table.

This must mean that the final two countries are both first half... Azerbaijan and Malta?

Aren't they drawing their halves from the common pot? They could've all drawn the same half, all 10 of them, theoretically.

Ah yes I suppose that would make more sense and be much fairer

Azerbaijan end up first anyway!

Malta second half so that means two more spaces in the second half have been filled up than in the first half
Lucky Ira too, maybe she'll be given the same slot as she had with 7th Wonder. Either way this isn't going anywhere near scaling those heights.
Second half slot should wrap it up for Russia as I said in the other thread unless the juries fancy marking them down heavily! Shame Czech Republic and The Netherlands both got first halfs :(

To be honest I found Russia's performance very cliché and cheap last night. It doesn't sound like a modern winner compared to the previous years, so I have faith in the Eurovision gods to prevent him from winning. It wouldn't give a great image of the contest. He really is a poor man's Mans.

On the ohter thand, I was quite impressed by Hungary last night, I didn't rate the song at all at first but it translated very well on stage (besides the drum boy) and I can see him being a surprise hit.

I bet Austria and Hungary are going to be shock contenders for the top 5.

On iTunes Sweden, Zoë is #14 ahead of Sergey (#20), Dami Im (#32) and Amir (#35).

On iTunes Belgium, Sergey #59, Zoë is #81 and Amir is #86.

Oh my god. Ukraine v Russia v Armenia in second half. Bloodbath. Australia in 2nd plz as well. Would be amazing.

I just hope we don't get a lot of semi two ballads in the first half now

aah poor Bulgaria. But Poli's done well enough getting them to the final.

It is ON for Ukraine to take out Russia. If Australia is in the second half too I'm not sure it's locked on for Russia anymore.

wow imagine if the top 2 was a close race between Russia and Ukraine!! could really possibly happen now, would be a huge talking point too.

ah poor Australia :(

Hopefully Dami is towards the end of the first half, I am sure her performance will still stand out
