Holy shit, genuinely never seen this coming. Certainly not before a BGT performance anyway. I'm SO pleased. Like you, 'Hair' has grown on me immensely since it got the single treatment + remix. Plus, it's always good to see Sean Paul adding another hit to his name.

 

It's also going to get played as part of the live top 10 on the Vodafone Big Top 40 too. Hopefully that'll give it another boost.

The girls are confirmed for Capital JBB (11th of June). So they've back from Singapore on the 24th of May, hopefully between the 25th May - 12th of June (when they start their European tour) they're doing some promo for Hair then? Doesn't the BGT semi finals/finals fit in with that?

Seems perfect. I wouldn't be surprised if the tour had been scheduled around it, in fact. I still find it weird that they're not doing R1 big weekend. Hopefully they do a Live Lounge to make up.

this is doing so much better than I expected on iTunes :o

The girls were the first act confirmed for this year's Capital Summertime Ball on June 11 (which also happens to be my birthday!) So they will be performing at Wembley Stadium, the day before the European leg of the tour starts.

 

I can see this having a big effect on both Hair and Get Weird

^ Well it means they'll get Capital playlist priorities, they're only on their equivalent of the C list at the moment, but will be bumped up very soon.

I'm so happy at how great this is doing on ITunes and Youtube! 5 now yes! The only thing that I can imagine defeating it from achieving a top 10 place this week is Spotify streams, whilst I'm glad it's back in the top 100 it needs to be higher to nab that top 10 but with a BGT performance and Summertime Ball promo I can imagine this going Gold and helping the album finally achieve a 2x Platinum certification.

Oh, I think top 10 is probably out of the question this week, but actually could be possible next week by the looks of things!

If it holds up on iTunes and carries on climbing on Spotify then I can totally see it get top 10 next week.

Hopefully it will have added radio support on top.

iTunes has been updated for Beyonce and Hair has been moved to the front page of "Hot Songs", which will no doubt help. Secret Love Song never got that treatment annoyingly, you always had to scroll for it.

Depends on the act, but Little Mix will get 4 or 5.

 

I expect all 4 singles from this era (maybe without LMLY), with Wings, Move or Salute.

I love LMLY, but the performances get a bit boring. It would be nice to see them perform a non-single track, but the chances of this happening are basically non existent right?

And I hope they have better choreo for Hair than the tour one

If it's only 4 I'd bank on Hair, SLS, Move & Black Magic.

I think it will be at least 5, they already had 4 last year and they weren't near as big.

I'd love to see Grown, Hair, SLS, Black Magic and Move.

But they'll probably do the 4 GW singles, Salute and Move I'd say

Glad to see this doing well at #5 on itunes!! Also Secret love song has been #1 on The Philippines itunes the last 2 days which is quite impressive!!
