May 2, 20169 yr Author Finland is nice but very forgettable, very Natalia Kelly from 2013. Greece are looking more and more likely qualifiers, they've thrown everything Greek in as possible and that usually attracts votes. Moldova is too reminiscent of Vilija for me, still don't see that going anywhere. Hungary very strong, only concern is his early draw. That dress is horrendous, I guess it is a good thing that she gets rid of it after a minute!
May 2, 20169 yr Author I've felt momentum build for Armenia in the past week, I just had a feeling it could do very very well and after her rehearsal the bloggers are saying top 5! Apparently she has Oscar Zia Human-esque camerawork which I've always thought would be perfect for this. Good work Iveta :cheer:
May 2, 20169 yr Nina KEEP THAT. what a twisted genius way of making sure the average viewer remembers an otherwise safe and normal song.
May 2, 20169 yr I've seen people alleging that Iveta is basically rubbing one out on stage during her performance. I cannot wait to see this!

May 2, 20169 yr Also here's the Russian Delegation rehearsing the vocals backstage. Featuring a non-bothered Alvaro Estrella. -jg2uDC2OX8 Sounding incredible!
May 2, 20169 yr Author ESC Xtra are saying that the beginning (well quite a lot of it) looks like Hear Them Calling (Greta), then it transforms into something like Heroes and then ends up looking like the music video but he didn't finish the rehearsal as he fell off something. Sounds intriguing!
May 2, 20169 yr Precisely: Russia's probably blown it. Backdrop very much like Iceland, too reminiscent of Mans, and Sergei's just fell off a bit of set he was meant to be climbing over. Oops!
May 2, 20169 yr Russia is one of the few ESC countries that know how to do staging so it's a shame to hear that they've had to go and pinch from Iceland.
May 2, 20169 yr Author I don't think the "backdrop like Iceland" thing will affect Russia, most people won't realise Iceland's version came first and Russia will be the first to show it so it'll harm Iceland more of the two. But if it is very similar to Mans, which I don't think Greta is at all, then they may have an issue. I wouldn't read into the bloggers' reactions though for now, bound to overreact if the favourite isn't 100% amazing!

I see what they (kinda) mean: http://www.eurovision.tv/save-files/resizes/cb/75/2e/f3/3b/66/40/ee/6e/ee/06/c3/6c/46/23/17/TH0000123_1.jpg http://www.eurovision.tv/save-files/resizes/34/66/47/4e/fe/fa/88/9d/f1/2a/ee/f8/73/f1/3a/22/TH0000123_7.jpg http://www.eurovision.tv/save-files/resizes/32/f0/1b/50/7e/db/84/c2/87/b6/d2/5f/11/e2/19/6b/TH0000123_16.jpg
May 2, 20169 yr Author I can see why bloggers think they've gone overboard, it doesn't have the beautiful simplicity of Mans or even Greta. But as long as they've got the camera angles right so it doesn't look too busy I'm sure it'll look amazing.
