October 1, 200618 yr We'll be back on top if we beat Newcastle this afternoon :cheer: Knowing us we'll probably get hammered about 3-0 though.
October 1, 200618 yr Liverpool and Chelsea drop points and Arsenal close the gap! :D What a goal by van Persie :D
October 1, 200618 yr Both my teams got beaten 2-0 yesterday. :( I dunno how Liverpool played as I was out when it was on TV but from what i've been told it was mainly Reina's fault. :arrr: Gerrard shouldn't play on the left either and Rafa should have played Crouch instead of Bellamy. :arrr:
October 1, 200618 yr How good are Reading doing at the moment?. :o I was expecting them to go straight back down but I think they could be contenders to finish in the top half of the table now. :o
October 1, 200618 yr I think I predicted them around 12th this year. They have made next to no signings but Copell has done phenomenally with them these past 2 years. They have the right passion for football as well which is always good. Tbh though West Ham REALLY need to get their act sorted out. They seem to have just downed tools (pardon the expression) ever since the Argentines arrived.
October 1, 200618 yr I think Tevez and Machanero (sp?) hae just really upset the balance at West Ham, I mean there totallt different players to what the normal starting XI are used to so its just really knocked the team a bit now.
October 1, 200618 yr I think Tevez and Machanero (sp?) hae just really upset the balance at West Ham, I mean there totallt different players to what the normal starting XI are used to so its just really knocked the team a bit now. They don't have the same passion as before though. West Ham were ALWAYS about the quick breaks and endless brave defending but now they just seem so lifeless. It's quite a shame really as they could've EASILY gone top 4/5 this season imo, now they'll be lucky to get mid table if they settle down.
October 1, 200618 yr Well I mean thye were doing well until the two new lads arrived, but you're right they don't play with the same passion anymore. I mean you've only gotta look at Veron for you and how much of a flop he was in England and that could be the same with Tevez and Macherno. I think West Ham will still finish top 8 though but I don't think any higher.
October 1, 200618 yr Author Yayayay Brown just saved a penalty for Blackburn. :yahoo: It's still 1-1 though.

October 1, 200618 yr Tevez and Maschereno will flop. I think they both will as well now. :o I guess its hit or miss with most Argentinians; some are brilliant and some are so poor. :( I think there style or play is more suited to Italian football.
