Hey Liam! I feel like I've missed a couple of your charts recently?

 

Anyway, great to see a handful of new entries! Dua Lipa is probably my favourite of them. Decidedly more commercial than her previous two singles so she's definitely looking for a hit, and I really hope she gets it, fingers crossed for Top 40 tomorrow.

 

'Ride' is a pretty decent follow up to 'Stressed Out', just not quite as good and certainly won't trouble the charts much but it's nice to sing along to on the radio.

 

You deliberately charted '7' at 7 didn't you? :P I actually didn't think much of it at first but when you listen to it on the album as a whole, it somehow sounds better! And after a couple of listens of the album I've decided it's pretty good, there are definitely better songs on it than '7' and 'Soundcheck' (especially some of the slower ones) so if you haven't heard it yet I'd definitely recommend a listen or two.

 

The Sigala song is OK, standard dance song really, nice to sing along to, but doubt it will be well remembered. And I'm not sure about 'No Broken Hearts', I did like it at first but I've gone off it a lot since, I think it's the poor quality of the lyrics that puts me off it. I don't think anyone needs to write another song that mentions 'the club' ever again tbh.
