Can anyone stop Chelsea from winning the title? Or does it look inevitable that they'll win it?

The title race was over in December, no one is going to stop Chelsea from winning it this season.

I would much rather them than Man City, Arsenal & Liverpool. Tottenham I wouldn't mind to be honest, Chelsea & Tottenham are the best of a bad bunch in my eyes!

Wouldn't mind Spurs or Arsenal for me as a Liverpool fan. Wenger is a legend in my eyes!!
I think Chelsea are just too far ahead now, maybe just maybe if they lose both against Liverpool & Arsenal the door will be ever so slightly ajar but I can't see that happening.

It looks very unlikely that anyone can topple Chelsea from the top this season.

Between at least 5 teams for the three Champions League spaces in Tottenham, Liverpool, Arsenal, Man City & Man Utd.

Coutinho has signed a new five-year contact at Liverpool worth over £200,000 a week.

They could have saved a lot of money by only paying him for the games he shows up to.

Madness! He was the best player in the league this year before he got injured!

Are we talking about Coutinho here because even my huge manc supporting mates ask if he's starting for the Reds as they think he's one of the leagues best players.

IMO I don't think he scores enough goals but he's clearly a great quality player and I haven't noticed his injury record being that bad up until the ankle ligament injury before Xmas?!

You've won one game since Mane has been at AFCON, now he is looking like a quality player. I'd rate Lallana above Courtinho personally (on the days he shows up - you suffer at the moment from your best players never seeming to show up to the same game )

Nonsense. Coutinho is by far and away Liverpool's best player. Between the start of the season and before he got injured he was on fire. I watch a lot of football, and even taking off my Liverpool hat, there was not one player that came close to him. Between the first game of the season, and the game he got injured, the only time he was average was against Man Utd. Mane is really good too, but he also helps the team so much. He's the only player we have with pace, so defenders retreat and are scared of the counter attack. Without Mane the threat is pretty much non-existent.

I think it's a bit simplistic to suggest that Mane in this case is missing so that's the reason we are playing poorly!

More to it than that I agree. It doesn't help though, as it allows us to have constant fear in teams. Look at the Bournemouth game for example, we were cruising that until Mane went off. Teams sit off him and they're afraid to counter. Ah well, he will be back soon anyway. Clear as day though to see where we need to strengthen in the summer. We're just a bit out of form right now, it's football, it happens.

Both Manchester clubs must be licking their lips! Plenty of twists and turns to go yet mind.

Thought Liverpool actually played OK for the first time in a while. Draw was a fair result, both teams had good chances. Disappointing as we really are the victims of our own downfall and Firminho has two great chances. Special shout out to Mark Clattenburg and the assistant referees.. not seen a refereeing performance as shite as that for ages. Got the penalty right, but apart from that, awful.

Clattenburg has been f***ing awful all year. He's the trump of refereeing.

Ya this is such a good day for the Manc teams with all of the top 4 dropping points. Keeps the fight across 2-6 nice and close. So while Chelsea run away with it really boringly the rest of the European spots will become such a good battle

I'm looking forward to the hilarious melodramatic rants tonight

I think the word "out" will feature heavily again!

I usually find him the best of a bad bunch, but he was terrible today. Liverpool player shoved over in the penalty box - fair play it's not a penalty. 30 seconds later the EXACT same incident happens outside of the box and he gives a free kick. Just awful!!

Hmm I don't think Chelsea will run away with it. They will slip up at some stage. I think they have to go to most of the big teams away from home, they will draw a couple of those. The issue is, can Spurs/Arsenal/Liverpool win 12 games. Probably not.

Didn't see the Arsenal game, but yeah, this is the type of meltdown that can happen sometimes. Great results for Palace, Swansea and Sunderland. Really think Leicester could be in trouble...
