So I don't know how this compares to new releases from other artists, but Gaga has racked up 529k streams on Spotify so far today (obviously worldwide). Given that it's technically still morning in the US that number could improve quite a bit. Pity there's no way to know how many are from the UK, but that number's pretty decent, no?

 

We had no way of knowing how she was going to do on streaming, but this seems hopeful.

Presuming she does double that figure in one day, that will be enough for her to debut in the top 60 globally, not top 50 though but that'll come soon

I'm hoping to see her make a reasonably high Spotify debut in the UK, although interested to see how it does.

With the daily stream counts on Kworb and Livepopbars etc, does it only count streams which are collated within a user's capped limit, or does it count all of them?

I actually think Sia could be the next number one, still on the fence regarding Lady Gaga's track, its not clicking with me at all.

none :/ Spotify is never gonna support/promote you if you've been apple exclusive (Rise, Where is the love)

Drake was an Apple exclusive and he's been really loved by Spotify, but I agree that Spotify are less likely to support songs that were given to Apple as exclusives.
