October 4, 200619 yr gawd bri,.... its almost impossible to pick 1.. 'stairway to heaven' would be the rockers choice i think, 'alright now' had the most chart success...
October 4, 200619 yr Thank fukk no one's mentioned the dreaded 'Bohemian ©Rhapsody'.....  I'm kinda with Rob, impossible to pick just one to be honest, pretty much love "Stairway..." "Paranoid", "Smoke...", "Boys Are Back In Town", "Freebird"...... Although, you paradoxically left off "Sweet Home Alabama" by the Skynyrd..... Unless you only wanted to mention one per band.... I'd maybe add "LA Woman" and "Riders on the Storm" by The Doors (both '71 I believe, so they count..), what about "Brown Sugar" and "Sympathy for the Devil" by The Rolling Stones...? "Detroit Rock City" by KISS? And as much as I personally loathe it, "Layla" would probably count as a legendary 70s RAWK!! Anthem as well....
