August 20, 20168 yr Each thing she puts out gets progressively worse. I always moaned that LMLYD doesn't sound like her but the vocals in the chorus actually don't sound like her at all. She will be terrible live
August 21, 20168 yr I'm really enjoying this one first listen. I feel it doesn't really build into anything exciting in the first minute or so but I wouldn't write the song off completely nor would object to a Delirium re-release featuring this despite it being excessively long already
August 22, 20168 yr I just listened to it and I fell in love with it. What a beautiful song. Ellie Goulding knows how to break our hearts (in a good meaning). Edited August 22, 20168 yr by Insomnio
August 22, 20168 yr Author I'm happy to see that this has also boosted Delirium up the charts a little :)
August 22, 20168 yr I like it! Much better than Tuneless Dirge Me Like You Do. lol at ur music taste, babe. http://i1373.photobucket.com/albums/ag361/tylaaah1/Mobile%20Uploads/6901C1C3-F9FA-4E1D-99F3-BBF33A5DA575_zpsgodwnwbi.gif
August 22, 20168 yr Author Is there a new link to listen?? My youtube link is down :/ Spotify or Apple Music?
August 24, 20168 yr I absolutely LOVE this song! Bought it yesterday coming on holiday and have had it on non stop!
August 26, 20168 yr Beautiful music video It's definitely up there with her best! So sleek as well and I love how clips from the film are included in the backdrop behind Ellie as well at times. Some of the effects did remind me of Pillowtalk actually.
August 27, 20168 yr Just saw a Pantene advert with Ellie Goulding the main feature - for some bizarre reason the song they used was Something In The Way You Move, you'd think they'd support the new track?
August 27, 20168 yr That advert has been around for a while! Ah right, I didn't recall seeing it around haha. Would have made more sense for a UK advert to have been held back to incorporate the UK single instead of something that's not even getting pushed, but too late now.
August 27, 20168 yr The song's decent, and surely a hit. Her pronunciation of 'aw-aw-AWWWLLLL' makes me cringe for some reason though and I'm not sure I'll ever get used to it. :arrr: She's kind of losing me overall. Her career's been so confused in general and always been characterised by selling out to keep it chugging on (sometimes to awesome effect), but I feel like she hasn't been exciting or interesting or properly expressive in ages, aside from about a third of 'Delirium' maybe. I like her presence as a popstar and instinctively will her to do well, but her output makes it hard to consistently support her as a fan would. I might just have to adjust my standards for her I guess, but that's where an album like 'Halcyon' (and the majority of 'Lights') gets you. <3

She's just not capable of making interesting music with big producers so I'd really like her to go back to the smaller fish. Hell, I'd be pretty happy with another full Starsmith album given the apparent alternative. I miss being a huge fan but I really can't fathom anyone loving Delirium. It's just so useless when people like Taylor and Carly Rae do the same thing significantly better and with a lot more heart. I love pure pop but I can get it from better places than Ellie Goulding albums and it'll feel less cynical to boot. Maybe the next album will be a change. Every album so far has sounded totally different so...
August 31, 20168 yr Author I think the Delirium era is over, and all I can say is... What a flop. She has said though that her next album won't be anything like Delirium, so let's hope that she goes back to her roots with album 4, which is expected in late 2017. :) Edited August 31, 20168 yr by cqmerqn
September 3, 20168 yr Delerium is my favourite album by far. It's a shame it hasn't done great but still hoping for a re-release which will include this song.
September 3, 20168 yr Why? You already have the song and the album was clogged up as it was without adding unnecessary songs.
