So that happened. I was planning to wait for the video release to get a good gif for it but if I don't post the chart now I might end up putting it off until Thursday... "Perfect Illusion" is the fifth #1 debut this year, and it might be the last unless another one of my faves surprise releases (and since "Adrenaline" and "Catch Me Here" couldn't do it that seems less likely... unless I really get into the TØP MCR cover lol). "Heathens" drops down a spot and "Adrenaline" drops two, leaving "We Don't Talk Anymore" staying in the top 3. Crazy longevity for that. And it could be Justin vs. Selena in the top 2 as "Let Me Love You" slides up to #5 and is looking pretty good to reach the top spot. Or... Conor could challenge once more as "Catch Me Here" gives him his fifth top 10 and the first for Drumsound & Bassline Smith. Will it be his fifth #1?

The top 20 sees Ariana and Nicki as the greatest gainer with "Side To Side" jumping up 16 spots to #17, with "Closer" just behind them at #18. They're looking at another giant hit with amazing longevity right now. "Way Of Life" joins Ari/Nicki and Gaga in terms of top 30 debuts, up 4 spots to #30. I should probably chart a French language song lol. Speaking of which... Christine & the Queens jumps into #37 with "Tilted", a song that is partly in French. Zara Larsson debuts at #46 with "Ain't My Fault" and Alessia Cara makes a triumphant return with "Scars To Your Beautiful" at #49. I remember "Here" taking a while to grow so hopefully this does the same.

"Hotter Than Hell" is the biggest dropper, down 12 spots to #36. You can probably look for "Blow Your Mind (Mwah)" in the chart soon. Meanwhile, "Ride" drops 4 spots to #33 in its 31st week. Since WFH and DLMD are most likely gone within the next couple weeks (and possibly Cheap Thrills), the next song likely to gain that title is "Bring Back The Summer", which if so, will end up being the first BJSC entry to do so.

And I'm already bored with "Too Good" lol

It leaves me so underwhelmed. It's good yeah but uts too similar verythubg from her last two eras. I was hoping for something that sounded like it cane straight from The Fame.
