How do you rate her as a female vocalist? It seems to be that she's working with many different acts recently, but her songs aren't making any real chart impact. As a former contestant on The X Factor, has she got what it takes to make it as an artist in her own right, especially after a brief momentary blip during the recent Euro 2016 event where she forgot her cue for the English national anthem.

Karen has very interesting voice, I was surprised that she is only 24 y.o. Sounds older. All tracks you mention here are very nice. She needs contract with big music label and good promotion. All other she has.

I love her voice and she had real potential, but sadly she shot herself in the foot by waiting a year to follow-up 'Say Something' with something so average.

 

I'm still immensely bitter about what happened with 'Feel Good' though.

Say Something remains the potential Whitney classic that never was.

I think she's very good indeed! She's picked a great route to go down & her vocals are really distinct to my eyes which is always important. One of only 3 females to have had a #1 on my chart as lead artist.

 

(By the way it was the FA Cup final she had her "miscue" rather than the Euros :P)

Blonde feat. Karen Harding – Feel Good - this is fantastic! wasn't mad about it at first but grew into my faves of theirs

Karen Harding – Say Something - where it all started, well incredible for this to go top 10 really, still a tune to this day

Karen Harding – Open My Eyes - her original is a bit flat but the Writers Block remix is incredible - a #1 on my chart :cheer:

Tough Love feat. Karen Harding – Like I Can - very good track & one I'm listening to a lot atm

Wilkinson feat. Karen Harding – Sweet Lies - decent drum & bass, potential to be one of her best

This was a BAD song choice... nevertheless silly Nicole for not putting her through, she ended up with more success than any she did pick!

Say Something was really dull imo the production just consisted of a bassline and a beat.

She has pretty strong vocals for the dance genre, in fact there's a few of these I haven't heard yet :o

I think she might do well with a Sigma production or maybe even Clean Bandit. :)

Yes at Clean Bandit I'd 100% be there for that. (Or Sigala!)
