I think 71-43 in the album chart is misleading considering we see albums fall 9-85 fairly regularly these days. There aren't many sales between 43 and 71, although perhaps at the moment in the Christmas market the gap is a bit higher. The increase considering how many people will have seen the promo performance and how big she has been is poor.

In percentage terms that is great, but in raw figures it is still poor. It was always going to have some form of increase following a key appearance to millions of people.
